Well my last two nights there after a week stay there was extreme noise and someone’s kids through ice at an elderly and myself while standing at front desk not only that they went in my room when I went to front desk I thought I closed door all the way apparently I didn’t . Nothing was missing it was just the fact of the noise and disrepect

Nice renovations, but no amenities are free

Everything was not included. The snack bar was obscenely priced $5 for a small icecream sandwhich, 8$ for a Drumstick Icecream cone. The breakfast was no breakfast at all. They offered coffee, some packaged mini muffins and instant oatmeal you could mix up in a coffee cup. That was IT. adauate in a pinch, and they have put a lot of work into this place to fix it up, but the Ammenities were terrible. We had a suite with a stove and sink but they provided NO pots, pans or plates or even silverware- you had to buy kitchen package for extra money- $20 for the entire kitchen set. So the kitchen was basically useless. Even a toaster and coffee maker were extra. OH.. and there is NOT FREE INTERNET as advertised- it was $5.99 for the night.

I had an unpleasant stay at this hotel. When i arrived, the receptionist was yelling at people on the phone and didn't acknowledge me until 3 calls later. He did not walk me through what he was doing with my credit card/what I was signing at the desk for check-in either, he was just rushing me through. This hotel does not look like the images, it's older, more used and has cheap bedding. The mattress was old, the linen sheets were scratchy and there was no duvet blanket. I kept finding hairs on the sheets before getting into bed myself. I chose a non-smoking room but found that the fire alarm was bagged and taped up, to prevent from it ever going off which is a safety violation. It was clear that people have smoked in the room due to the musky smell. The walls/doors are so thin that you can hear everything your neighbours are doing and who's saying what in the hallways. I needed this room to just sleep and leave extremely early the next morning. If I were to stay here longer than 7 hours, I would not recommend booking here.

Budget value priced hotel near the airport. You get what you pay for and if you need a fridge and other things, then it will do well for you. My only problem was the door in my room did not seem to be sealed very well, and I could hear all the noise in the hallway, which disturbed me.

This is a low budget hotel you get what you pay for it’s close to the airport and affordable. My only issue was the door was not sealed very well so I could hear all the noise in the hallway and somebody was slamming their door and talking at about 1 o’clock in the morning, which woke me up.

Do your best with what you got

The location was great. Staff was friendly whenever I interacted with them. Easy to get to the highways, airport, downtown Buffalo and pretty much anywhere else. The room had a strong smell of nicotine although it was a non smoking room. The bed sheets had hair and some stains. However, the bed and pillows were comfy. During my 6 night stay not once was my garbage changed. There was also a lot of noise in the early morning hours (3am-7am). One night I was awaken by a next room occupant banging on the door wanting to get in their room for quite sometime and hotel staff did not say anything to stop this guy. The hotel is well kept minus the above mentioned.
