The room rate provided a good value. The staff in the lounge were very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The food was good and affordable. The shuttle drivers were courteous and helpful. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Phone access to reservations and front desk (even from within the hotel) was very poor. Most calls were sent to endless "we value your call and will be right with you" recording.

Pleasantly pleased

We went on this stay not planning on being in a hotel room except for sleep. The location was key for my pick of being centrally located to the attractions we wanted to get to. Everyone very friendly and helpful when needed. We had a few issues that could be brushed a side that truly not with naming and easy fixing. Would I recommend this place. Absolutely, courtyard was beautiful with an indoor fountain and swimming pool. Location great, friendly staff, breakfast buffet.

The room was stinky ( smells body odor), the bath tub was dirty, old with multiple scratches, the bath tap didn’t work and couldn’t take a shower from shower head! Scrambled eggs in breakfast buffer was stale and dry

felt kind of dingy....we stayed a few years ago and even though it has been a bit remodeled felt weird... bar restaurant service was terrible...only one or two people at the bar working and they were taking food and bar orders and running food. doing it all. and kudos to them but it could have been done better...the one morning the coffee was cold and not fresh...stayed 3 years ago and thought it was great but so great this time around

Furniture very out dated. The shower was peeling and no type of furniture out on the patio by our door. Online pictures lookes beter than in person. Also, the deposit was way too much for the condition the rooms are in.

The staff was wonderful. The hotel is clean. AC worked just fine. The pool area is so relaxing and quiet. The hotel may not be the newest, but it is well maintained and nicely decorated. I will be back.

Renovations were going on and I feel you should notify guest so they can make a decision whether or not to stay there. Also, most of your guests were in to see a game why not contact a shuttle service so guests can purchase transportation to the game.

Everything you need was close by but the condition of the hotel needs upgrading rooms are dark and dingy , being a maintenance supervisor very concerned with the dwellings of the room bathtub have plenty of chip paint plus the sink no hand soap available. They use body wash as hand soap, which is unacceptable breakfast should be extended longer plus a better menu
