Disappointed and would not recommend.

I asked for a room to meet my needs as mobility hindered. I spoke via telephone with reception and she understood. She found that room 101 would meet my needs. When I arrived, I discovered the room was given to someone else. I was assigned to room 118. Totally unacceptable. The room did not meet my needs. There were even steps in the room. There were only two, but proved difficult. The room was in poor condition. The sink would not drain well and was cracked around the drain. The carpet needed cleaned. The coffee table in front of the sofa was badly damaged. The only redeeming feature was the staff I dealt with personally. The van driver went out of his way to help me take my luggage to the room. I would never have managed. The toilet cover and seat were not functional.I needed a third hand. There is more I could write, but the stay was a total disappointment. The hotel needs a serious overhaul.

Good service, dirty room.

The hotel is nice, the bar was cool. It was a good vibe. But, I stayed in room 612 and the room smelled like old baby puke. The headboard had something gross and slimey all over it, to the point I had to clean it myself cuz it was gross. The guy, Keith, at the front desk was exceptional. Very friendly and curteous. We will definitely be back, hopefully with a cleaner room!

Staff was great and welcoming! Security patrolling 24hrs. Pool was nice but it was not adult only as advertised as children could be there with adult supervision. Place looked dated. Elevators were somewhat dirty and had handprints on the doors. The room had some red stains on the wall by the thermostat.

When I checked in, the staff at the desk were not paying attention they were having a conversation about the moon and religion. The man the checked me into my room told me the deposit was only going to be $250 and would be issued back on my card after check out. He charged my card $284 not $250. When I got up to my room to take a shower the shower was broken. I had to come back downstairs and get another room. A week after checking out I still did not receive my deposit back and I have bills to pay. When I called hotel about me being over charged and deposit still not back in account they told me it was a system error and the system took my money. I rent a lot of hotels all the time and I have never had a “system error” take my money. Unfortunately I won’t be booking another room here again.
