The hotel seemed good however my room was stuff all over walls and mold on ceiling in the bathroom. I had to request someone clean it. The view from my window was terrible it was of glass from middle of building and the ceiling.

Tried checking in at 3pm, told our rooms were dirty and they couldn’t check us in. Asked if we can still check in after the George Strait concert ended. Told yes. Walked in at 1am and “lady” behind counter said we’re sold out. Told her I had a confirmation email and booked 6 months ago. She kept saying we’re sold out. Horrible horrible service. Had to drive 2 hours home!!!

I don’t normally complain but the carpets are stained in the hallway to our room, the hotel has a scent when you come out of the elevators, our shower head is broken and sprays in multiple locations where it’s not suppose to, the shower handle is broken and our door had to be closed properly with some work.
