I didn't like the fact the elevator was broken so I had to lug my suitcase up 3 flights of stairs. My daughter & I were staying for 4days so the suitcase wasn't just an overnight bag. Plus we had other bags with us. The pool wasn't open, website stayed Sept thru may which seems like a very odd time for it to be open. The front desk people were great. Always saying hi & to have a great day when we left for the day & hi on our way back thru to our room. Our room did have a dead mosquito on the window sill & a piece of cat food on the floor. Water pressure sucked too. All n all it wasn't a horrible stay. We could walk to several different places to eat. It's in a great location.

Hotel was absolutely disgusting. People hanging out of rooms having parties with their doors open, same in the parking lot. Cigarette and marijuana smell throughout the whole hotel and even cigarette butts in hallway. I left and found another hotel to lodge in.

There is a reason it's the cheapest motel in Buffalo. I wasn't expecting much for the price, but the stale ciggy smell in the "non-smoking" room is unbearable. Also, pretty sure dope is being slung outta multiple rooms.

The room was very clean. The wi-fi worked well. The only issues for me were that the location wasn't walkable, and there was no microwave in the room, although there was a fridge. The outer facade of the motel also looked a little old and run down. Gives off an appearance of not being a particularly safe place, even though I had no safety issues. The place gets some outside renovations and it'll be perfect.
