GREAT VALUE. Pleasantly surprised. Very clean, rooms are small, but beds comfortable, clean, room included a mini fridge. Breakfast was good enough. Some hot options like make your own belgian waffles and sausage/eggs. Coffee, not great. An automatic press a button maker. But again, for the price, overall, great value with included breakfast. What really stood out is the customer service. Front desk agent was so friendly and helpful. The woman who cleaned and maintained the breakfast area was top notch on the ball with filling and keeping it clean and stocked. Would definitely recommend. If you use a hotel often, don't want to spend a lot, but want CLEAN and friendly place, this is it.

Room,entire facility is kept clean.Housekeepers are very kind.Breakfast is nice.Pool and Jacuzzi seems well kept.Bed is very comfortable.Staff could use a some lessons in Public Relationship.Ive been treated many times rudely.,I have not asked for anything that's out of order.Towels ,if I missed the housekeeper s perhaps .I keep room very neat and tidy.I obey all rules .I have been accused of Smoking in my room.I was offeedfended.( Housekeeping manager said when I checked out) .I never smoke in my home,others home or when I'm traveling.When I have occasional cigarettes it a strick rule I always have had .I have entered a few rooms which DID smell of different types of smoking.I did not complain but should have.

Although the room was a bit smaller than I would have liked, it was clean, cozy and comfortable. The bed was very comfy and we all slept great. The pool and the hot tub are amazing. The pool was very clean and a great size, and the hot tub was very clean and hot (Some hotel hot tubs are “warm”, this one was actually HOT, which we appreciated and enjoyed very much!!) The hotel staff are amazing. Everyone was extremely friendly and the woman working the evening shift, kindly surprised our toddler with an inflatable pool floaty and beach ball, which was extremely generous and thoughtful. I also love the fact that the pool is open later than other hotels, until 10 PM. Awesome pool hours. We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for a great experience!

Fabulous Staff, Clean and Comfortable

We had another fabulous stay at Sleep Inn. The staff is incredible - without fail, you get the impression that they really want you to have a great stay. Special shout out to Lorne at the front desk and Alecia in the breakfast room. We booked this stay to enjoy the pool and hot tub in the dead of winter and it was great. The hotel is very well maintained, everything works, and they have mastered the little details that make guests comfortable. Totally recommend this place for a budget-friendly, comfortable trip.

Good, Not Great Experience

Everything was fine except for the location of the room itself. It is located on the first floor next to the cleaning supply closet and pool areas. So, you'd often hear doors opening and closing in the hallway throughout the night. However, the worst part was, given its location, no matter how I arranged the curtains, the floodlight glare would shine in from outside preventing me from getting a full night's restful sleep. I'd recommend this place for its convenient location to the Buffalo area and its affordability, but make sure you ask for a room on floors 2+.
