Our stay was great, they had a kitchenette, a fireplace and it sleeps up to 6 people with the 2 queen beds and one double sized hide a bed. All the linens and beds were clean. The scenery is beautiful. Will be back

I feel people should know that this property is in dire need of deep cleaning and updating. I was stunned by the poor quality of the accommodations, especially relative to the price we paid. The carpet was filthy with huge stains all over it. The walls and doors were full of grime that could have been cleaned, but clearly has not been. Everything is extremely dated and old. I'm sure the unit has not been remodeled in decades and only cleaned at a surface level. Additionally, there is no temperature control in the summer unless you want to open ground floor windows, which does not feel safe overnight. Further, both windows were unlocked when we arrived, which we would not have known had we not opened them for a few minutes of fresh air. We spent as little time in the room as possible, which was disappointing since this was meant to be a nice break from an extended camping trip. On top of everything else, we returned to our room being unlocked -- front door not fully closed -- after being gone all day. The person who came to clean did not take the time to properly close the front door. I would not expect any of these problems for a hotel at this price point, even in an expensive city. We tried to cancel the second night of our reservation due to the negative experience, but did not receive any help from the property or Expedia. Both representatives said it was up to the other party, which just added to the frustration.

Our family loved our 3 story unit. It had a cabin vibe. The kids got their own rooms and we enjoyed the sleeping loft. The full kitchen was a huge help. The fireplace was cozy. The pool/hot pool has a phenomenal mountain view. Hidden Ridge Resort was a high point of our road trip. I highly recommend it and we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay

Wonderful location and hot pools/ sauna. Apartment lodge had everything required for a family stay with the added enjoyment of a real log fire. Will definitely visit again when in Banff.

Nice property

Best part is view from the pool area. There are many great amenities some rooms are better then others had to move once first room was dark and strong smell of the fireplace and it was summer time so it wasn’t being used. Price was a bit high for what we got.

The room was spacious and had a nice view. The main downfall was the cleanliness. The bathrooms had dirty floors and walls were splash with something that obviously had never been whipped down. There were unfinished patched holes in the walls. It was dated but had it been clean it would have been fine. Jacuzzi with a great view was the highlight.

Hidden Ridge Resort hit all the right notes for us. The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and the suite felt more like a mountain cabin than a hotel—big, comfortable, and complete with a real wood-burning fireplace that made the evenings feel extra special. Just sitting by the fire with that crisp mountain air drifting in was pure relaxation. It’s only 10 minutes from town, but it feels like you’re tucked away in your own little alpine world. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

Beautiful area, staff were super friendly and helpful. The hot tub, cold pool and sauna are all outdoors and very nice. Only two complaints. Parking is extremely limited for the number of vehicles they would need to accommodate. Five of us stayed for a bachelorette weekend, one shower for a place that can host 6 people is not enough. Kitchen is extremely small, would be difficult if you wanted to actually use it for anything other than that fridge. Beautiful views, smallish accommodations, would likely not stay again with a group bigger than 3/4.

We were quite disappointed with our stay at this condo. The unit was old and noticeably dated, with a strong musky odor that lingered throughout our visit. Upon arrival, we found that the trash from the previous guests had not been taken out, which was an unpleasant first impression. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and uneven. I do not recommend this place.

I loved that they offered under ground parking. Their outdoor hot tub was nice. The room really lacked cleanliness. The bathroom floor and tiles in the shower were very yucky and it really needs a deep clean. We also woke up with a wet floor in the bedroom due to all the rain outside. We told the staff about the wet floor but they didn’t seem to be too interested in getting it looked at. We were lucky our suit cases were on the other side of the room or they would of been very wet.

Great quiet location in Banff to unwind and enjoy great views from hot tub and sauna after day of hiking & exploring. The bus system gave good access to downtown Banff without having to worry about parking.

Great location for views across Banff, easy walk into town or free bus service. Our living areas was a little dark due to the balcony overhang but spent most time out and about so not a real issue. Toiletries were lovely, bought some to bring home. Comfy bed and decent shower.

We traveled with a family of 5. Rooms are spacious and have a kitchen and full size refrigerator. This allowed us to have some meals in the room. The hotel is not in the middle of downtown like others, but public transit is easily accessible. There’s a stop right next to the hotel. This also means that you are not near all the downtown noise. We loved the pool, with a great view! The staff was great and rooms were clean. Would definitely stay here again!
