Room was in good condition. However, the staff could’ve been a bit more accommodating. I stay at this location exclusively about once a month or so. I accidentally booked the wrong room. I asked if he has a hot tub suite available to which he said yes. I then asked if could pay the difference because I booked the regular suite instead of the hot tub and he refused. I don’t understand why you rather let the room stay empty versus letting me pay the difference to get a more expensive room. I might add that I was checking in at 7 PM so the day was pretty much over.
