Enjoyed the stay

위치 좋고 깨끗함. 스테프 모두 친절함. 아침 잘 나옴. (1만 오천원 따리 돈 내고 먹는 호텔 조식보다 좋았음) 단 한 가지 불편한 점이 있다면 엘리베이터가 4대인데 아침 시간엔 충분치 않다는 것. 1~13 층까지만 층 구분이 돼 있어 고층 고객들이 엘베 버튼을 일단 모두 눌러 놔 문만 열었다 그냥 가는 경우가 많음. 고층도 층별로 엘베를 할당해 놓으면 좋을 듯.

Had a great stay at Hotel Lotte Busan. Very central location and access to food street and transport - subway and buses. Excellent concierge services- staff can speak English and try their very best to help n recommend good eating places. My hotel to stay whenever i visit Busan. Underground shopping and eating places. Clean and spacious rooms. Walking distance to Busan Station and Port. They have laundry service but no laundry machine. Staff is friendly.
