Staff was exceptional they had great amenities, efficiently addressed my needs, and went above my expectations it truly is a five star hotel with five star staff really appreciated my stay there.

Although the hotel is a bit outdated, it is very clean and well maintained. The water pressure is excellent, making a warm, long shower at the end of the day incredibly relaxing. The daily breakfast is healthy and tasty. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again if I visit Busan.
