Everything was great except for the elevator game. Annoying that each elevator is controlled by its own button, so everyone presses all the buttons and thus the elevators ended up stopping at so many floors. A minor inconvenience to an otherwise comfortable and affordable stay. The lockers for your luggage before and after check in is secure and convenient

Staff were very helpful and professional

Compared to other hotels, the staff were incredibly friendly. I had breakfast and dinner buffets, and the breakfast was the best compared to other hotel buffets. The dim sum, in particular, was the best among all the hotels.

Very nice hotel, great location. Front desk staff were excellent. Housekeeping was a bit pushy to allow them to clean our room for some reason. Room could have been cleaner. Pool is very small.
