Nice location near the beach, the water park for kids and el Pueblito. Loved how pleasant was the restaurant staff. I would recommend this location.

Great people clean room very well but the hall ways were very dirty no vacuum on the rugs. Also when traveling with kids the wifi needs to work I had no wifi we would reboot it and not even three mins it was down. So for me a big zero.

It needs a little tlc the carpets of the first floor and the pool cleanliness, because the water was kinda cloudy in the afternoon. But in the Suite was everything excellent, the staff is really attentive, the near by beach is beautiful, love the proximity to Restaurants and that everything is in a walking distance.

Las areas muy deteriorates, la habitation con un mal olor a polvo. Las alfombras del pasillos sucias. Las Puertas de la habitation, no se podia abrir. El Aire a penas enfriaba.

Tardan en recoger la basura, llegamos y hasta el otro día fue que recogieron las bolsas de basura que la gente deja en el pasillo, mala organización en el estacionamiento, si un vehículo te bloquea y no dejaron llave tienes que esperar hasta que encuentren al huésped, el TV de la sala no se veía bien, no teníamos internet wifi, la barra ubicada en la piscina cierra a las 4 cuando el área de la piscina es hasta las 10, pocos empleados y desanimados, pocas opciones de comida cerca, el acceso hacia el poblado no tiene iluminación y todo es obscuro hasta que cruzas el puente, no se siente seguro salir en las noches en esa dirección.

Siempre que vamos al oeste nos quedamos allí. Nos encanta la accesibilidad a la playa u al poblado de Boqueron. La comida en el lugar es muy buena. Es un lugar muy conveniente. Trato siempre amable.
