Loved our stay. Walking distance to great food, esplanade and easy to book tours etc. If staying recommend Heather's Private Transfers and Tours. She picked us up at the hotel and was our private guide for a trip to Paronella Park. .. stopping off at Milla Milla Falls for a swim. Wonderful time.

Beautifully presented hotel in a very convenient location to all Cairns has to offer. Very clean, spacious and comfortable rooms with great views from the balcony.Rooms well fitted with tea, coffee pod machine , hot chocolate , fridge etc. Great breakfast buffet, lots of different options to start your day off right. Extremely helpful staff, David in the lobby bar was very friendly and knew our order from day 1.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would happily go and stay again. Short drive from the airport approx $20 for a taxi.

As of the check-out date on April 18, the hotel pool was still unavailable. Guests had to use the pool at the casino hotel across the street, which required picking up a new room key card at that hotel's front desk. Also, guests had to bring their towels from the original hotel, which was inconvenient!

We recently stayed at the Pullman International Hotel and were quite disappointed to find that the swimming pool was under construction, something we were really looking forward to during our stay. However, the room we stayed in was very nice and comfortable, which helped make up for the inconvenience. What truly stood out during our stay was the exceptional service we received from Georgia at the front reception. She was consistently helpful and welcoming every time we interacted with her. Pullman is very lucky to have someone like Georgia representing the hotel, she truly made a difference to our experience.

The only think i could say that was disappointing was the breakfast. Compared to other places i have stayed in Cairns, the pullman international cairns only had very basic & limited options for breakfast. I ended up going back to another place i had previously stayed at for breakfast

They were kind enough to give us one of their new rooms to mark our celebration. The room was spacious, bright, and very comfortable. Lovely bed and bathroom, beautiful balcony, and excellent breakfast. Staff are also very polite and friendly. Top class!

Staff was friendly and professional. The room was outdated, not taken care of and lots of stains on the carpet. Not worth the cost. I even asked if I could get a discount or a better rate because of all those issues and the answer was no.

Close to many restaurants and casino. Good views. Lovely pool area. Staff were terrific. Only I drawback -as I love a nightcap - the bar closes too early!
