I didn’t have any TV for 6 days .. they kept saying tomorrow they would fix or later that night . On the 4th night they said they would change my room . I said not just for 2 nights . They didn’t even offer a free breakfast or a discount for the inconvenience. Pretty bad services

Very comfortable beds, great water pressure, a/c works well. Only disappointment was not having a patio because we wanted 2 beds and I guess the standard rooms with patio only have king option. Also wish they would have posted buffet prices because we were thinking it was $20 and it was actually $32- we found out after we ate. Would be nice to have shelves for our toiletries and more hooks in bathroom too.

Outstanding location with a grest price. We were upgraded to a junior deluxe suite from a standard room. Very nice room. Staff were wonderful. Unlike many reviews, we never had a issue with pressure for time shares.

This hotel is in desperate need of a major upgrade. The rooms are old, poorly maintained, and not clean — everything feels worn down and neglected. The service is equally disappointing; staff seem uninterested and unhelpful, and even basic requests take forever to be addressed. For the price they charge, you’d expect something far better. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that are much cleaner, more comfortable, and offer genuinely friendly service for the same money — or less. I would not recommend staying here unless it’s your absolute last option.

I made the mistake of booking a Deluxe master suite room with a sea view. NO WHERE does it say you have to walk up 2 different flights of stairs with all your luggage without assistance. The kitchenette does not have any cookware, cutlery, plates or bowls... so it's pretty much useless. The fridge does not have a freezer.

Location was perfect We did not eat at the hotel as there was a lot of places around the area to try Pool was wonderful and service from Israel, Fidel and Jamie was excellent Only real negative is we did not have consistent room cleaning We left the room by 9 most mornings and came back by 4:30 but only twice the room was made up for us We ensured that the Do not disturb was not on the door Therefore we had to ask for towels, etc

The staff was very nice and helpful. Though we called the front desk twice to address a clogged toilet, to no avail. Also, multiple baby roaches in the bathroom. The rest of the room had no roaches. The side of the resort facing the pool has multiple cracks that are concerning. Pool area was clean, drinks were good, and the staff was accommodating.

Swim up bar was always crowded. But speedy service. The only thing we had a problem was that a piece of clothing went missing. We asked one of the cleaning ladies about it. 2 days later it showed up bunched up in the closet. It could have been tooken accidentally along with all the towels or someone actually took it. At least was returned.

Rooms do not have microwave.breakfest way over priced,can walk outside and eat 3 days for what they get.love Tesoro will be back but booking thru Expedia you get no customer service from front desk.worst rooms they can put you in.
