Great location (easy access to dining/shopping/metro), nice to have balcony access in our room, the room was clean, pool was nice (included a slide and hot tub) - my teen boys enjoyed it. Only negative was the check-in process (waited 20 minutes in a very long line), but once that was done we had a great stay

Stayed here for proximity. Everything was fine. Older building and small rooms. Elevator situation was terrible. So many people, too few elevators. Had to wait for long periods of time to get access to the elevator, especially at night. Main lobby always super busy and noisy. Still about 20-30 min walk to CN tower, etc. Toronto is expensive overall; fairly decent price for where you are.

It is well located. Good for travelling with children. The kids liked the pool. Beds felt small and the mattress was too soft - only two pillows per bed. *we were evacuated one morning due to a fire alarm malfunction

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff are very kind and accommodating and the amenities are nice (floor 27). There is a lot to do in the area, very walkable. The bathroom could have been a little nicer but overall a great stay.
