It was a great stay, very close to Eaton Centre for shopping, the food at the market in the hotel was very good, but prices were high, $37 for breakfast every morning is pretty expensive. You can get a coffee and breakfast sandwiches for $10. Overall the stay was good, rooms were comfortable and clean.

Was nice but the room had a very strong cologne smell. Very difficult to sleep with the strong smell even after opening the window to try and air it out along with staff was vacuuming at 1:30 in the morning. The food was delicious and staff were very friendly.

Central location. A lot of dining options and easy metro access. Hotel staff are friendly. Room is ok and bathroom is clean. We noticed the bed sheet was not clean upon arrival. Notified housekeeping immediately and they resolved the issue within a timely manner.

Overall was very nice. But I found a nail by my bed (picture attached) and I also found a few black hairs on the towels. In the moment I didn’t take picture but I wish I did.

The location is excellent. Lots to so and see nearby. Lots of good food and shopping within walking distance. Staff were all friendly, helpful, courteous and professional. Excellent amenities. The service was terrible. Tiffany's service was especially rude and ill-mannered. She left us with a bad experience with the hotel and the rest of her staff. They should focus more on customer service and people like her, which would leave such a beautiful hotel with so many years of history in a bad light.
