Good Stay for the Price Could be Better

Great location and friendly staff. Room was mostly clean but found some hairs in the bathroom that was a little unacceptable. Attention to detail while cleaning would be my only negative feedback for this hotel.

Raj that checked us in was so wonderful, friendly and accommodating. The room was beautiful however it was so hot that we couldn’t sleep. We were told it was a set temperature to accommodate all guest but we couldn’t even sleep with no blankets on. The restaurant was nothing to write home about. Mediocre quality for the price. The cafe was great.

We reserved 2 rooms for 2 couples and requested that they be close to each other. The other couple arrived 90 minutes before us. When we were checking in at about 4:30pm (definitely not late) we asked if our room was close to the other couple. We were told that there were no more rooms on that floor with a King bed but if we wanted to upgrade then we could be on the same floor in a different wing. Normally $80 per night more but we could have it for $20 per night more. We were told the room cost more because it was recently renovated and had more in it. We accepted. When we compared rooms with our friends we could find little difference between them although we got a Nespresso machine. It makes me wonder if they do that to all the people who ask to be near another room? One last thing, there are no restaurants nearby and their continental breakfast is $27, their buffet is $35.
