Great staff, front desk as friendly and helpful as possible. Housekeeping superb. Nice facility close to dining, necessities and beach. Only ten minute bus ride from the heart of old Cadiz. My room was not as sound proof as I would have liked.

This was what I was hoping for when booked. It was relatively easy to walk to the historic center. The beach was very close and there were tons of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The staff were extremely helpful and the room perfect for our needs. The final touch was the complimentary bottle of cava!

This location is close to Playa Victoria, local restaurants, grocery store, bus lines, and the Segunda Aguada for quick trips to other towns in Cadiz. Great location.

12 times in Europe, visited about 50 cities in Europe ( I don’t sure if more or less cities ) but this hotel is one of the best we stayed. No complaint, small but pretty nice hotel, very, very clean, close to everything, the bus from the hotel to the historical downtown stops 200 feet away. Front desk staff awesome, specially Juan Diego Rodriguez, he explain to us all the interest sites to visit and how to get there ( which bus # ). Also the city is beautiful, cheap food everywhere, the beach is about to block to the south to the Main Street. For sure, for sure we will return to the city and we will be stay in the Regio Cadiz Hotel.

Good hotel in lovely city

The room was very nice, bathroom and shower first class. Front desk help excellent. Offsite Parking was okay once we worked out how to get to it and €10 a day reasonable.

Very nice and clean

Just a 1 night stay but very nice, got a bottle of sparkling wine in my room, concierge was very friendly and loan me a charge for my phone. One bad thing rooms don't have USB charger so you need a local plug in to charge electronics. No parking, park in the garage about a block away or like I did street park but get early of you'll get a ticket.

Stayed here before as its a good location. Parking reduced and 50m walk, 50m to a wonderful beach n promenade and 50m for a regular reliable bus to the old town. Spacious room. Lots of hot water. Great buffet breakfast.

This was the perfect place to stay out of Old Town. We chose it for parking and we were not disappointed. Close to a beautiful beach and lovely restaurants. The staff were lovely and extremely accommodating.

Lower rate rooms given than booked

I really dislike hotels that try to cheat you to take room that is lower grade than what you have booked. This was one of those. I booked 16m2 double room with terrace and they gave us really small room with no terrace. Neither of our luggage's couldn't be opened in the room floor or counter. No space. The consierge just asked whether we wanted double bed. I said yes, since it was the room type I booked well in advance, when there was no shortage of any room type. The bed in given the room was queen size. Nightly price around 160€. I went to ask for bigger room when I saw what was given to us, and he said the hotel is fully booked. It didn't help that I'm Hotels.com VIP member what should be given upgrade free of charge when available. When we came to the hotel many of the rooms had open doors and no one was in these rooms yet, so intentionally he gave us lower grade room. I checked their web page and noticed he had given us the single room 12m2. I went to discuss with him second time and showed him the image of our room and web page and suddenly they had bigger room available, a twin room. He tried to plame us since I said yes to his question if we wanted double bed. We'll, I said yes since I booked one with terrace and 16m2 space. When we arrived he could have said they have made mistake and over booked 16m2 double bed rooms and could have offered single beds and compensation, but no. Honestly I believe he just wanted to keep better rooms for locals...
