All the staff were nice and helpful. The grounds were immaculate. Our room was prepared twice - in the morning and evening. Highly recommend La Hacienda- the Mexican restaurant in the resort. We loved every moment of our stay. Only con was perhaps few activities. It could use a sports court or sports pool.

Beautiful place to stay for a getaway. It is so so freaking hot out there. I could not of imagined surviving without the amazing pools and air conditioning. This place is the only reason I would ever go back to Scottsdale. 113 degrees is to much for this Colorado girl.

Fairmont princess stay

The property is exceptional and the staff provided outstanding service throughout our stay. Our stay here definitely exceeded our expectations. The rooms could use some modern updates, but they were very comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our visit and had a truly memorable time.
