Our stay was great. Our sink drained really slow, but room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, that was kind of disappointing. Overall a decent stay though. Staff was very friendly!

First of all, this place serves 24 hours Bottled water and coffee at lobby. There are even 2×500ml bottle water in the room. Normally you can only get this from 4 stars above. Then breakfast is great with lots of choices even freshly prepared (cut) fruits. Again, 4 stars above. Thirdly, no need to mention the cleaness of the room, there are even dishes and silverwares in room. Last, since I stay on the main floor, there is a back door in the room with a parking spot right in front of the back door. No need to say how easy to get my ski boots, helmet and accessories unload and loaded. I definitely recommend this place.

What a wonderful comfortable stay! We were given an very generous upgrade which completely shocked me as I've never actually had an upgrade from any hotel/motel ever. A very clean and tidy establishment inside and out. The staff was both very kind and professional. The continental breakfast was delicious and not overwhelming. As well as the recommendations for our evening dinner were wonderful little family run restaurants. The Hotel Guest Service Agent (Heather) was absolutely wonderful. I had come to the city in order to have dental surgery and she made the entire stay very comfortable for me by making sure I had everything I needed. She actually made me feel as though we had been friends forever. I have recommended this establishment to multiple friends who have since asked if this would be a good staycation place. I know where I will be staying my next trip to the city. Not too far out of Calgary and definitely gets the highest rating I can give.

It was a home away from home

Our visit to Super 8 was awesome and amazing. The staff to begin with are super helpful, courteous and kind. Each and every one that we had the pleasure to speak with. The room itself was wonderful, clean and updated. We have a little 10 lb 16 year old dog who all he does is sleep and occasionally get up. They were so accommodating to us with him. Instead of putting us in a basement suite they gave us a room on the main floor. We were so impressed with the level of service and the hotel itself. It is your home away from home. Consider staying there.
