Great location, spacious room and good amenities. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Buffet breakfast offered a good selection of food. In room service menu was good and food delicious. Close to tram station and easily accessible.

Staff was not friendly. Construction outside my window and construction in front of entrance at the corner. They did not want to believe my breakfast was included. The parking was almost 80 dollars a day and for that price the parking access and service was trash. The elevators took an extreme amount of time. Of all the nice and ugly hotels I have been to this hotel was the absolute worst. They let me take the luggage cart up to my room upon arrival and made up a rule saying I couldn’t take it up without staff pushing the cart when it was time to leave. Service was soooo bad I didn’t want anything from the manager other than the email to his higher ups.

The cleaning at this hotel needed attention - everything just needed a good wipe down. I had a beautiful view from my room but it was obscured by poorly cleaned windows. The mini bar and tea making area had clearly had a spill that hadn't been cleaned properly. I booked a table for breakfast only to arrive and be told there were no tables - what was the point of accepting bookings then? Overall, a great location, but needs more attention to detail.

The property is in a good location. The room size is good. Second time stay though don’t think there will be a third. We had two rooms a park view suite and delux king for five nights. The cons very noisy and two nights limited sleep due to construction noise and rooms need better sound proofing for a five star. The coffee tea offering is slim and it would be great to have a coffee pod machine. Swimming pool area very tired. It is a good hotel and we like the location but I think we will try somewhere else next time
