Good location. Rooms looking a bit tired. Difficult to understand staff who checked me in. Staff really rude at breakfast service and it was chaotic. Only a couple of lifts working and it would take forever the get a lift. Lifts would stop at several floors where nobody got on and none of the people in the lift had pressed the button for that floor

Awesome hotel. Check in staff member was very unfriendly. Bar guy also wasn’t overly pleasant. Rooms are very spacious and it’s a brilliant location for the city.

Park Suite was old and worn out, with frozen glass windows in bathroom, old carpet etc. Got an upgrade it was so bad. Upgrade wasn’t much better. Had to deal with a very rude manager.

Sydney Trip

The stay at the hotel was okay. The in room fridge was so full of over priced items, left no room to put our preferred drinks in and ice was not easy access. The sign said to hang towels if you wanted to re-use. We did but cleaning would still take them and replace anyway. So to be eco-friendly we left our "do not disturb" sign out all the time. We did not have cell service and needed to arrange for airport transportation. Was told to call from our room to make arrangements, so we did. Went to check out and the hotel charged us for making the local call. Sydney the city was fun and interesting.

This is our go-to hotel when staying in Sydney. It’s five star without the hefty prices. It’s located near George St and Wynyard, the light rail and Circular quay. The rooms and beds are spacious, it’s quiet and the staff are very attentive. The breakfast is one of the better buffets with eggs/omlettes cooked to order and a good selection of healthy options, as well as an English breakfast. The pool with spa and sauna is also wonderful

Amora is in a great spot, convenient for the light rail and train and short walk to a great range of shops and restaurants. The room was comfortable and the pool was awesome

Blind in bathroom broken so couldn’t look out the window from the bath - one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel, wrong dinner order showed up - was still charged for it, then got a late night call to my room that woke me from the front desk - sorry wrong room. Poor experience and staff not helpful.

Very nice hotel for a reasonable price. We were able to check in early after a LONG overnight flight. And also able to check out late before boarding our cruise ship. The hotel itself could use a little renovating ( furniture, carpet, etc). Staff was great. Overall a good stay and we would return.
