Not so Comfy

My room was right next to the laundry room. I heard banging constantly and the maid service was so loud cleaning the room above me that i had to complain to front desk. My phone broke and maintenance had to come in to fix it. Also, the comforter was flimsy and thin. The one thing that was comfy, were the pillows on the bed. The pool and hot tub were average, but they started repaving the poolside grout during my stay... Breakfast was actually delicious and the highlight of my trip.

The room was very spacious, the staff friendly and helpful and it is a lovely oasis right off the freeway in Redlands. They serve charcuterie on weekday evenings with wine or beer and made to order omelets on weekday mornings at breakfast! Delicious. I enjoyed eating on the outdoor patio next to the pool. One group that was there had a BBQ and the staff provided the needed supplies to them. It's a nice place to gather. I rarely write reviews and only do so when the experience is excellent. This was my second stay and I will be back.
