Outstanding Service and Hospitality – A Truly Memorable Stay! I recently stayed at Swissôtel Al Murooj Dubai, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Dubai. From start to finish, the service was absolutely top-notch. The reception team were incredible—so friendly, professional, and helpful. They made the check-in process quick and easy, and were always available to assist with anything I needed throughout my stay. It really set the tone for what turned out to be a fantastic visit. I also want to give a big shoutout to the pool attendants, who were consistently attentive and courteous. Whether it was bringing fresh towels, helping find a great spot by the pool, or simply offering a warm smile, their service was flawless. And of course, I can’t forget the room cleaning staff. Every day I returned to a beautifully cleaned and organized room. The attention to detail was impressive, and it truly added to the comfort and luxury of the stay. This hotel exceeded all expectations—not just because of its excellent location and amenities, but because of the amazing staff who genuinely care about the guest experience. I highly recommend Swissôtel Al Murooj to anyone visiting Dubai. I’ll definitely be returning!

The one thing that stood out about this hotel if nothing else was the customer service I cannot rate this hotel any higher than I’ve rated them if I’m able to rate them 100 I would. From check-in to check out, the entire staff went above and beyond to help make our trip memorable. Rupa at the front desk was helpful in giving us tips on where to go and what to do. the 2 managers at the front desk, I don’t remember either names, but they were also beyond helpful. I know the hotel is going through some renovations and I look forward to return soon . Thank you all for making this a wonderful vacation.

Great property, room, staff, everything! They had a breakfast buffet each morning, and although it was good, it was a little chaotic. Perhaps a better way to direct a line around it, especially for the omelette station would help with people cutting or shoving themselves in front of others would help. Otherwise we loved and enjoyed everything else!

I spent 4 nights there they were doing construction on the upper floor from morning 7am to until idk when because I would leave my room at 11am. I wouldn’t sleep all night or the morning because they have club and people raving there car so loud. Also the room service was bad. Complained 3-4 time all they had to offer was free ride to airport.

The Perfect Stay

My stay was amazing! My room was gorgeous and clean. I loved the fish tank in the hotel lobby too! The staff was amazing! Ahmed, the hotel manager, made sure everything was perfect! Michael made sure there was a shuttle waiting for us at the airport. The drivers were all professional and nice. The hotel was in walking distance to everything! The surrounding area was safe and the hotel staff made sure we had sure we had proper directions to sites and car arrangements for sites that were far away. Make sure you attend seafood night at the hotel. The food was incredible! Also, the Coco lounge on site was incredible too. Claire, the hostess was so nice. The food was great too. The aesthetics were perfect.

We booked a room with 2 beds but they said they messed up booking and gave us a room with single bed. There was construction somewhere around hotel that started at 8am daily and it got very loud and we couldn’t sleep . We requested to move to a higher floor but once again got the same reply that no room is available.

A variety of sights and shops within easy walking distance. Not much in 'cafe', but the Mall is nearby for meals. Pity the Metro is not more convenient. Took taxi to and from airport.

I have been staying at Al murooj every year and never had an issue. Unfortunately this time it was a horrendous experience. I usually stay at the hotel but this time wanted to try the apartments since I wanted a bigger space. But when I went in it was the most old and disgusting thing I’ve ever seen. So told the Manager if there is a way she can move us to the hotel and that we are loyal customers. Unfortunately she wasn’t helpful at all. I think she should’ve worked something out with us bc this was always our go to hotel in Dubai and now we’ll never stay there ever again after this experience.
