The interior has a very cool retro royal theme. The beddings were really nice to sleep on, plus the make up mirror in the bathroom is a big plus. Could do better on the lighting as one of the lamp bulb in the room was about to go out.

Room service did not come to the room, and I felt the $59 a day parking charge was ridiculous. There is no real valet you have to drive down into the parking garage and then the car is parked four feet away from where you drop it off. The room and hotel were very nice but the extra charges were not worth it.

5 Stars I would stay again

This hotel is beautiful, it feels classy but comfortable. The room was beautiful and the beds and bedding cozy. Parking garage is a 5 minute walk away and area seemed like there were some people out at 2am, but it was fine. I wouldn't recommend checking in late solo, but if you have a buddy it's good from garage to hotel. If you are solo consider having a taxi drop you off if its late for safety. Price was average for hotels in the area, but I chose this one because it has great decor.

This property was great as The Monaco, but is in disrepair. The restaurant is closed and all of downtown is overrun with homeless people in tents on the sidewalks.
