Lovely staff but bathroom and shower head had a lot of black mould. Dirty carpets throughout the hotel. The room are next to the HGV lot so you'll hear the engines all night. I also had to turn off the AC due to the rumbling fan. I'm glad I didn't have a long journey ahead the next morning.
It did the job as a place to sleep at the very least, for the price, Services next door and proximity to the City centre made it a convenient place to stay.
Arrived late however check in was fine. The room was filthy dirty, stains everywhere and the toilet was still full from the previous occupier (the toilet didn’t flush). Pulled back the cover and there was horrible stains on the sheets so I resorted to just sleeping fully clothed ontop of the bed, couldn’t wait to leave tbh
Location was ideal for where we needed to be but rooms were dirty, noisy, people causing scenes outside shouting. People in room next door very loud. A lot of heaters around which I feel was dangerous with kids around. Power cuts effecting getting ready and getting in and out of the rooms

This hotel is very basic. The rooms need improvement but for what we needed for one night it was ok. Luckily we had an ok room but others in our large party had sockets hanging off the walls.
Our room had blue and black smears on the walls, definitely needed dusting and the carpet was not in the best condition.
Breakfast was good, lots of choices and was nice although restaurant area was very cold.
Overall an ok stay but would not stay again, much better quality at a Travelodge or premier inn for same price if not cheaper.

This hotel is basic and fine for a stay. The room could have been cleaner and was quite run down. We found a pint glass left in the wardrobe with dregs of beer in it, not sure how long it had been there. We had an issue with very noisy neighbours late at night and a lot of arguing and staff came to sort it out straight away which was good. It's fine for the price, you will get what you pay for. It's handy that it has plenty of parking and there are a number of places to eat right next door.
