No where near central Cambridge, low quality construction making rooms noisy. Heating/ ventilation unit VERY NOISY! Staff unhelpful, told me kitchen closes at 21.30 but refused to take my food order at 21.15!

Its a good location if you have a vehicle with you; otherwise its a bit difficult to get there. That said, there is a really nice trail nearby to get to and from the city. Good hotel to stay in for a day or so. Very comfortable beds and nice side lighting. Could do with some maintenance though because something in the restroom kept leaking. I ended up waking up to a puddle of water on my floors.

The hotel staff asked me the booking reference number at the time of check in, which I can’t find it in the app and emails. However, she can find the booking under my name in the system. The cleanliness of my room was my expectation and it was my critical concern. The breakfast was good enough with various choices to enjoy

Booked this hotel due to Addenbrooks appointment Booked accessible room as wife disabled I Cannot fault our stay a very spacious room very clean with all necessary safety precautions taken in wet room Bed very comfy and hot food served at bar in evening was surprising as most stop serving food around 7.30 pm A Free Breakfast was also available which was a bonus This hotel ideally located for short trip to Addenbrooks Will definitely stay here again when visiting Cambridge for leisure purposes. A Large Well Located Hotel at reasonable cost As said Cannot fault this hotel and staff

Cambridge is a fantastic destination and our trip was great. The hotel is a long walk from the centre, but you can’t really drive into the city centre and walking for 30 mins is as good as any other way to get there. The hotel was clean and quiet and the breakfast was the best English breakfast you could except to get. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice stay for one night, but felt too isolated from everything and from public transportation as well. It was clean and nice personnel. The 10 minute wooded walkway to get to businesses or buses made me uneasy if I were to walk it alone at night.

I have celiac and what was offered on the menu the chef and staff gave different information on the menu :( nowhere open on the Sunday evening I was glad of cereal the next morning as I had to go without evening meal.
