The room was extremely basic 2 single beds was an understatement 1 was purely a matress on the floor. The room was cold on arrival, dirty and very tiered looking. Only 2 towels provided in a room booked for 4. Breakfast was very slowly topped up u couldnt get everything hot on 1 visit.

Clean room , shame the paint was flaking in the bathroom and a bit dodgy in the main room too , could do with a fresh coat.
The room was ok but bed not comfy breakfast bacon and sausages were hard to cut and eat was as if they had been out hours and cold by the time you got to your table. Bathroom was rusty in places and something was smeared on the wall. The bathroom sink was too low no good for someone with a bad back. Could here people in next rooms especially with small childrem also noisy people walkin and talking in the corridors. We only saw one member of staff. Nobody over seeing the breakfast room to ask for any assistance. Very disapointing .

Very friendly staff and room very clean. Great location. Rooms are quite dated for a Ramada hotel but overall can't fault the cleanliness, customer service, or convenience of location.

Needed to change the hand towels as soon as we arrived as they were dirty.
Apart from this, we had a very pleasant stay.
The room was spacious and clean. However the drain in the shower is semi block because the water was unable drain away quickly so it has overflow to the bathroom floor. We are staying there for one night. It's not a problem for us. Also there were 3 sorry mugs in the window. The mattress was comfortable and it is not expensive so we are satisfied with it.
