For a Hilton and at the price you pay I would expect a little more convenience and quality. Being next to the airport it’s expected you will have a huge flex of people arriving early and later for check-ins.. we along with numerous amount of other travellers all waited around the lobby for a solid 3 hours to get a room to check in by the 2pm check-in time posted, no matter, had to keep asking them every hour if something was ready yet. Once we got the room it looked great, but the bathroom toilet was noisy at night, sounded like constant water running, had to keep the door closed.

Easily walkable from the train station and terminal, mostly through raised, covered walkways, so it is very convenient for flights. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet had almost everything you could wish for. We overlooked the train tracks, and could hear them initially so I was worried we wouldn’t sleep but it turned out that the window wasn’t closed properly - once it was closed, the room was very quiet.

Older airport hotel. Not enough outlets to charge phones, headphones, etc. First room we were given was nasty due to someone smoking in the room, staff immediately got us another room, but the air conditioning was poor.

Would recommend never staying here…worst hotel experience we’ve had. Room was not available even at 10PM on day of check in and front desk could only estimate that it would be available at some point in the next 1-2 hours!! (and potentially after midnight). Recommendation was to sit and wait in the lounge until it was available and no guarantee on timing - Completely ridiculous and unacceptable. Rooms not being available up to after midnight on day of check in and no advance notice from the hotel is not what I would expect from a Hilton property - will likely limit our use of the brand. I would highly recommend staying at another location in order to ensure you have a hotel room - we ended up staying at the QC Termeroma (even though it was more expensive) so that we could get a room prior to our early morning flight. The QC Termeroma was fabulous and would highly recommend.
