Decent and can be better at this price

The hotel is decent and is great because of the location. We had the Eiffel Tower view room on 22nd floor and the view was great! The bellagio fountain show looked wonderful from the room. However the windows were all stained and dirty so couldn’t get any good pictures. The bathroom looks oaks although I read it was renovated. The shower speed hurt my kids and the shower head was not detachable so couldn’t do much. The bath tub didn’t have a shower. The pool is rather small for the size of the hotel but is right under Eiffel Tower. S the view is great. Checkin and checkout online if possible because the lines are crazy.

We took two rooms to rest, there were 5 of us and 3 of us were seniors. On the third night, at about 2:50 to 3:50 in the hotel hallway, there was a very, very bad fight and very, very loud noises, to the point that our elderly ladies were having a stroke and didn't sleep until the morning. We talked to the hotel and they said we took the hotel from you. Tell them to talk to the hotel about the money for that night and have them give us a night's stay in two rooms or give us a credit for it. Thank you for checking.

Difficult to navigate into the parking garage, one entrance was closed with no direction to get in another way. We believed the shower to be broken, but after a very rude victor told us you have to yank on the handles and twist a certain way we finally got it to work.

The room was nice, very quiet. We found new restrictions for the pool annoying however they didn’t affect us as much as others. Found a charge for a sports drink that was NOT taken in our room annoying but what do you do.

Overall stay was just OK, bathroom needs to be updated, shower doors leaked into the room. Paid a resort fee to be able to use the pool, went down to the pool area at 9:30am no chairs available except to pay an additional $50 pp for a chair or $250 for a cabana.
