Worst check in ever!! Half the check in kiosk was out of service and after 30mins of waiting for one the kiosk was not able to print my keys so I have to wait another 40mins in line to get my key. There was only 1 person working the check in desk for about 20 people in line that had problem with the kiosk. Then the shower door was leaking and the bathroom was soaking wet after each shower.

I didn’t like that they charge extra 60$ a day for WiFi , that was disappointing, I will never come back to this hotel and I will not recommend it to any one , also they wanna charge me for thing I did use they wanna charge 70 for bar that I never used !!! Not happy with that we had to pay for WiFi !!!

The restaurants around the hotel were excellent and close. The checkin staff was delicious. Concierge services was helpful with baggage, holding and delivery during our sta. The concierge also mkept room services up to par and able to help with requested items. Wveryone enjoyed the stay! Bonus was the pool and spa, a must!

The hotel was wonderful but even on the 28th floor you can hear bands playing from outside all through the night. Barely slept because of it. Property was great though.
