Clean room, centrally located. Great maid service. The room was comfortable. The room temperature was way too warm, thermostat did not work, it would not cool down the room, we had to call guest services twice, but they did fix it after second call. Have stayed at Paris 3 times and would stay here again.

Good to stay here to walk in downtown. If microwave, two sinks at bathroom and full refrigerator are provided, it will be better. Mini refrigerator has no control of temperature, so all food was frozen easily.

The room was $517.00 per night so you would expect it to be a luxury experience. It was more like an economy travelers hotel. I walls and baseboards were chipped and paint flaked off, the chair was ripped and the fabric headboard on the bed had a large grease stain about the size of a human hand. The bathroom tub spout was broken. We were moved to a different tower. The Versailles Tower which we were told was a year and a half old. This was much better but very isolated from Casino, restaurants and shops. For this price I expect a nice room close to the action.

The Registration are not friendly, any simple questions, wants you to go in line. Like when you ask about where the bathroom I was told to go in line where everyone registering. Gina was so bad in the registration. She wasn’t attending any client and I just asked her there were a message on my TV to check in the front desk Because the TV was not assigned after I checked out on the TV express check out. She told me she’s busy registering and called for someone who was next in line. There were no people to ask any questions for help. Bad staff in registration.
