Even the ‘Superior’ room has maintenance issues. Bathroom sink was partially clogged, shower box doesn’t hold the shower water - the bathroom gets very wet. Besides, I can’t believe they are not offering face towels to save costs…

Good location, staff is very friendly and helpful. It's a budget hotel, room is really small, only minimal amenities (soap bar and shampoo/shower gel), only one bath towel per guest and no hand towels, but staff gave me an extra one when I asked. Bed was comfortable. Surfaces in the room (floor and table) were dirty and sticky. Air conditioner worked super well, which was great as we're having a heat wave. There was a mini fridge in the room that worked super well to keep water very cold. We didn't have breakfast but it looked good, with fruits, cakes, breads, cold cuts and some hot items. I would recommend this hotel for a younger generation.

Prezados, Gostaria de registrar minha satisfação com a estadia no hotel. A equipe foi extremamente cordial e prestativa, o quarto estava limpo, confortável e bem equipado, e o café da manhã se destacou pela qualidade e variedade. Além disso, a localização privilegiada contribuiu para uma experiência muito positiva. Como sugestão de melhoria, destaco apenas a questão do estacionamento. No momento da reserva, constava que o serviço estava incluso, mas ao chegar foi cobrada uma taxa adicional de R$15,00 por diária. Embora o valor não seja elevado, a clareza das informações é fundamental para evitar surpresas aos hóspedes. No mais, parabenizo toda a equipe e certamente voltarei em uma próxima oportunidade.

Razoável

Razoável, estacionamento pago, porém muito desorganizado, paravam de qualquer jeito, travavam vagas, sem condição. E infelizmente quartos, mesmo os superiores sem TV SMART... Não é o primeiro hotel da rede Nacional Inn que mesmo custando tão barato, investem em trocar as TV's. Lamentável Café da manhã acredito que por ser fds estava legal.
