The rooms were clean and stocked with essential items. However, I wish we had complimentary water in the room. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

The AC was broken and couldn’t be adjusted to your preferred cooling temperature. We relied mostly on the ceiling fan, despite the AC being on full blast 24/7. Room never cooled off, and it’s really hot and stuffy at night. The hot water heater was broke too. We had to take cold showers at 4am for our early morning departure flight. The general room setup is what I’d describe as motel level.

Pretty cool location - mattress could use some upgrading (unless you like firm/stiff mattress). Should impose a quiet time in the early morning so kids are not running around the hallways so early.

I enjoyed my stay at D’Resort at Downtown East. The staff had been lovely and helpful. The only challenge for me was getting to the transit on foot in the heat. If you’re someone that relies on buses or MRT, this is not the mostly conveniently located accommodation without a car.

I did not like I was given fresh towels & bedlinens everyday. I asked the manager to suspend these services for environmental sake. Maybe a new voluntary policy no new linen or towels if requested? Thank you
