The rooms and place were nice and clean… But the location to go to beach(playa north) a little bit to far …taxi $100 to $150 pesos to downtown o the beach each way … And you have to go its must the best restaurant are in downtown and Playa Norte it’s the best beach in the world

Pros: The room was very nice and tastefully designed! The salt water pool was very relaxing. We had an amazing fish dinner at the restaurant that is adjoining and the waiter was fantastic! The dock was beautiful and we were able to see lots of ocean life. Cons: One of the front desk workers was not the kindest - seemed put off when we asked for anything. The free breakfast is a choice of eggs with sausage, pancakes or a fruit plate - it was definitely not enough to fill a belly but was still nice. Would be nice to offer more breakfast options. The view is nice but note that the water has heavy vegetation and so the crystal clear waters that you see for Isla Mujeres will not translate the same in the bay.

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The room was great and the bed was super comfy. Our free waterfront breakfast was delightful, though I would avoid the sausage, unless you like hot dogs. Ernesto at the front desk was very accommodating and very helpful with everything from supplying towels to providing useful suggestions.

Vraiment un bel emplacement! Tranquille, bon petit resto sur place. Le personnel attentionné! Nous avons eu un enjeu au départ sur le fait que c’était un forfait déjeuner inclus, mais Hôtel.com et le Bahia Tolok ont réglé ça rapidement. Location sur place du kart de golf un atout!! Près de tout!! Nous avions la chambre penthouse et nous avions une section privée avec piscine sur le toit à nous seuls incluant un balcon immense!! On recommande très fortement! Et en plus, un membre du personnel nous a fait 2 lifts lorsque nous n’avions pas le kart de golf, incluant notre changement d’hôtel à Isla Mujeres! Fantastique!!!

This place is nice and quiet away from the main crowed tourist action and loud music. They have a good restaurant on property and you can rent a Golf cart from their to tour the island. The furniture and beds were not great, but not too bad either.

Great relaxing spot on Isla Mujeres

Fabulous, relaxed hotel. We had a great stay, great service, and loved the location on Isla Mujeres. The front desk staff were really helpful, always checking if there was anything we needed. And the restaurant food was delicious with great service and a great view of the bay.

My husband, my toddler and I stayed for a long weekend at Tolok. Absolutely recommend. I was a little nervous bc I hadn’t heard much about it, but this boutique hotel exceeded my expectations. The honeymoon suite was fabulous. Nicely appointed and had its own little balcony. The salt water pool was clean and beautiful. The nights were quiet, the staff was kind, and the restaurant was convenient and well priced for breakfast. Loved our stay. 10/10
