Our stay was beautiful, the beach and water was exquisite. Breakfast was more than we expected with a nice mix of standard and Mexican choices. We walked and took the bus to the grocery store for snacks and wine, it’s a big grocery store with plenty of variety.. at least 3 levels. We can’t wait to go back. Staff was very friendly, we opted to pay extra for a water view and it was well worth it! AC worked great and the rooms were very clean. The foliage was beautiful throughout the property. Can’t say enough wonderful things

Loved this property! Loved that they can set up excursions for you, as well as shuttle services. I enjoyed the rotating breakfast menu everyday, as well as the fresh catch of the day lunch/dinner. I loved the private beach access, beach was always kept clean, as well as the pool. My family and I would definitely come back, as well as recommend to friends and family

This hotel is not as advertised. Their website says all inclusive but they are indeed not. Could not speak to anyone onsite other than front desk and bell boy as no one spoke English. We moved to another resort.

The property is clean and well maintained. The staff is helpful and customer orientated. On day one they replaced our lounge chair cushion with a fuller one, just because. The pool is large, the beach is amazing, its best feature. The beach restaurant had perfect beach fare and was reasonably priced. We plan to return. This was the first time we had visited Kin Ha and were very happy with our stay.

Excellent hotel and location. Right by a local bus stop. Nice pool with a beach also accessible at the property. Every car coming into the property is stopped before entering. I also had a small outdoor area to sit down right outside my room. Staff was helpful as checking in and out was smooth as can be...Should I go back to Cancun in the near future, I know where I'll be staying!

The breakfast buffet was excellent! The menu changed every day and everything was delicious. We had a few appetizers at the restaurant and those were good, too. Also, the staff was very friendly. The beach was very nice.

Beachscape Kin Ha reminds me of old Mexico hotels. Only three and four story with elevators and recently renovated. Centrally located in the "hotel zone". Very clean, right on the beach. The sand is super fine and white with many palapas for its guest. The water is crystal clear with little surf, perfect for wading and swimming. They have two dining areas, one next to the swimming pool that serves breakfast, and the other area right on the beach that serves lunch and dinner. The food was great. Wonderful place at reasonable pricing.
