This property was amazing! I am still in awe at the cleanliness, upkeep of facilities, staff friendliness, and overall vibe! It was my daughter’s first time in Mexico and staying at a resort and she made so many friends who even taught her how to swim! I look forward to coming back soon. I highly recommend!!!!!

We stayed here for a week. ✅the La Vista Resto - The experience was exceptional. Food was great. You just have to make an early reservation. Tables were limited. Housekeeping - They maintained our rooms spic and span all throughout our stay. 🫤The beach is only a small stretch. Nothing much to do in this hotel. There are limited activities. Food in the main dining was a hit or miss. Some of the staff were not friendly.

I had a highly disappointing experience at Cancun Bay. The service quality was extremely poor, and the restaurant’s hygiene standards were unacceptable—most of the food offered was basic pasta with questionable cleanliness. I had booked a family suite advertised with a sea view, only to find out that no rooms in the hotel actually have one. When I raised this issue, the reception staff simply told me to cancel the reservation or contact Expedia. The open buffet was substandard, and the so-called Italian restaurant served nothing more than a plain cheese-and-tomato pizza. Overall, I strongly advise against staying at this hotel—it feels more like a low-budget roadside motel than a proper vacation destination.

The staff was amazing, food was great and had a variety of foods available. The room was small but for the time we stayed, it was doable. The surrounding areas were beautiful and well maintained. They played games during the day and had entertainment at night, which was always fun. Small hotel, but you were never bored. I would definitely come back here.

Overall a good experience. The beds were a bit hard for my back. The staff was amazing. The food wasn’t all that great either. Reservations at the decent restaurants were difficult to get and the buffet was not very good for the most part.

This place is for local people and not guests from the outside. Pool is small and it feels like it’s only cliques that go there. They’re always playing games using a mic around the pool which is very loud. Food is DISGUSTING we had to order Uber eats for the whole stay. Staff are rude, only one lady at the front desk was nice and helpful. Pool is small, food is not good at all and lots of the waitresses are rude. We hated our stay in it, we left a day earlier than our initial booking

We really enjoyed this property. We had 3 kids and my mother with us so it was accommodating and easy with kids and adults. Our kids enjoyed all the food and amenities and we enjoyed being able to relax and not have to worry about meals. They had some entertainment- not as much as the RUI facilities but our kids enjoyed bingo and beach volleyball. Over all we would go back and stay again

Food was very limited (almost sane food every day), very long lines for reception. For dinner reservations, we had to wake up at 8:30 in morning to reserve the dinner every other day and if you miss the reservation at 8:30 AM, you would miss the proper dinner. And if you entered the reservation late even a little late, you would be denied. You’re not expecting that they expect us to be early for reservations, they forgot that we’re on vacation time to relax, not to be on our tippy toes for our time management.
