Definitely not a 4 star - not sure how they are allowed to get away with that rating. Its very old and needs a lot of work. Drinks werent very good, food was ok, and both were overpriced for what you got. With so many hotels in Cancun, you can definitely find better.

5 start service. If i can give a higher rate than 5 start, i will definitely give it to them. Free snack served every early morning which very convenient for your daily tours and fruit served in the afternoon when you back from pool. My son lost his sunglasses, they help check the camera again and again without any impatience. Every staff is so wonderful. Good location and wonderful pool, swim in sea and pool is so easy. I would definitely refer this one to my friends. If one thing can add a plus, then maybe they can renovate the room. But the room is still clean and comfortable.

I have stayed here in the pass we came back and now it’s the worst hotel and sooo expensive staff was sooo rude because I said I am not taking a tour for a timeshare so they treated us rude our room smelled so bad like hair dye and ac didn’t work we complained like 5 times then my son woke up with so many ants on him it was so nasty then not to mention the only restaurant they have we where scared to ask for a omelette because the worker was so rude this resort was so disappointing pool was cold jacuzzi wasn’t even warm never again will we stay here not for what we paid to old and run down.

This hotel is a good choice if you want a resort feeling without the all inclusive fees. It could be renovated and provide more options for guest outside pool and beach, but is in a good location, close to a supermarket with good food option, and the staff is friendly

Really loved our stay here. We needed a room with a kitchen so this was the best option for us. Resort has a private beach, 2 pools, everything required for a great family vacation. Staff was great. My only complaint was for one attendant who tried to sell us some in-house Cabana package. He lied about Isla mujeres ferry getting cancelled on the next day. Luckily, we didn't listen to him. Apart from that, everything was great. Special mention to the housekeeping staff we attended to our multiple requests. I'd definitely recommend this resort.
