The room was great! Overall the resort didn’t have activities, parties. (i.e: listening party, all white party, neon party,etc). There was literally nothing to do at the resort. I’ve traveled quite a bit and I’ve just never experienced a resort like this. If yu wanted to have any fun you would have to do some excursions or something of that sort. If you want to just relax then this hotel is just for you.

La estancia en el hotel Oleo Cancun, podría ser calificada, una estancia promedio, para empezar el check in fue rápido y con un excelente servicio por parte de Julia, que era la manager de huéspedes, el servicio recibido por ella fue excelente y proactivo, ya que también me apoyó a reservar en uno de los restaurantes, una cena privada con mis acompañantes por motivo de mi cumpleaños. Por otro lado, las instalaciones del hotel en mi opinión son antiguas y les hace falta mucho mantenimiento, por ejemplo, ciertos sillones del hotel estaban sucios y en mal estado, así como también algunas paredes de mi cuarto o paredes del pasillo, tenían detalles de mantenimiento en general, creo que requiere un mantenimiento total en sus instalaciones. Otro punto importante tanto Julia como la recepcionistas ofrecieron un excelente servicio, sin embargo los meseros ya estando en el área de la alberca o de alguna Barra, si no les dabas propina te hacían un mal gesto y, por consiguiente, en tu siguiente visita te recordaban que tienes que dar propinas, pero de una forma no muy amable, por lo tanto mis invitados y yo sentíamos un comportamiento, algo hostil, siendo así, incómodo regresar a la Barra ya que no sabes si te iban a hacer algún desplante o una mala cara,es comprensible dar propinas cuando está en tus posibilidades o bien,si cargas con tu cartera en el Mar o en la alberca (que por lo general no pasa), pero no deberían de incomodar así a los huéspedes

Staff was good, rooms are nice. This is a grea tplace for adults - but really not setup for families with small kids. I was also disappointed that they want $44 per day for premium liquor upgrade. For is good and staff is very friendly and helpful. The new coffee place has GREAT coffee - I just wish it was open on Sundays.

This is an incredible boutique resort on the main strip. We stayed in one of the Inspira suites truly breathtaking. The buffet had different options each day and the bar was always full! We did not want to leave and already planning our return trip. We arrived and immediately were greeted with champagne and our wristbands to begin using the amenities even before check in.

Affordable luxury when looking for an all inclusive resort in Cancun. Staff is very attentive and friendly, the pool is nice and cool to chill from the sun and the amenities are in line with a 4 star hotel. What sells this hotel are the stunning views to the ocean for sunrise or lagoon for sunset. Food was ok but nothing extravagant - restaurants available serve either buffet, Asian cuisine or Mediterranean....all three are decent but not extraordinary. The fact that its close to the end of the hotel strip makes it a more chill and quiet experience with we enjoyed.
