Only used housekeeping once in our four night stay, room/ ensuite not cleaned at all. Breakfast on Sunday was at 0700 not 0630, none of us were informed regarding this, at 0703 the hot food was stone cold, since it had just been put out I found this unacceptable, seasonal fruit was apples, oranges and watermelon, no summer fruits.

Kind and helpful desk staff. Nice breakfast choices. Bus 301 from Adelaide st stop 24 near the 7-11 and across from Chanel shopping drops off just above the hotel. Write it down because it is a steep uphill walk from Central Railway Station Too bad the staff does not know that. Helping people navigate the transportation is very important.

Room very small, bathroom was like it had been added on and no privacy with the glass screening. Beds were uncomfortable, however on a positive the breakfast was good. Would have liked to see parking included as I don't feel it was value for money when you added this on as well.

Nice room and lobby and nice staff was ok for one night but I won’t be staying again. Bed, very old and uncomfortable, linen, my sheets are better. Mini bar fridge needs serious fixing kept making very loud noises all night. The bottom of the shower curtain was brown around the whole edge. Like I said for one night it was ok. I’ve stayed at other holiday inn hotels and they have been great

If you’re after sleep this isn’t the place. The building site opposite the hotel started noisy work at 05:30, that’s Five Thirty in the morning. 5:30am, noisy work. Simply not on.

It was lovely to be able to have a sit down breakfast each morning with a full variety to suit all tastes. My only suggestion is that you supply green tea bags and marmalade
