Riu Cancun was nice and I would stay here again. Everything was clean, I believe all rooms have an ocean view, we upgraded to a Jr Suite which was great. There is no room service just an fyi but everything else was great. All the staff were great Jose at the sports bar and Soquero at the pool bar were great bartenders. The location is prime, close to all the clubs, restaurants etc & the pool parties are a must it was FUN. 5 days and we didn’t try any of the restaurants cause the buffet had everything. The beach is swimmable and clean. I’d stay here again.

I liked the property but the rooms definitely need upgrading. The rooms definitely had a mildew smell to them. A negative was the fact the pools closed at 7pm which is too early for an adult only resort
