Love the vibe. Checkin and out were smooth, the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The only critique is regarding the drinks. There was so much cheap liquor it negatively impacted the taste. Once I started telling the bartending to decrease the amount of alcohol, then the drinks were palatable. The steak house and Japanese restaurants were very good.

Had so much fun I didn't get to try the restaurants basically ate the buffet the whole time but I give the buffet a 8/10 it was good for buffet food the drinks were pretty strong the staff was super friendly and took of you staff 10/10 I would book again

Nice rooms and hotel, pools are nice and lots of activities. Only issues were the water in the beach had so much seaweed on the shore, made it so I didn’t want to swim in the ocean by the hotel, and I wish there were more late night food options, and I wish the pools were open longer than 7pm. Overall experience was good, friendly staff, good food, good drinks.

This is suppose to be an adult only hotel however the patrons acted so juvenile. Throwing up in the pool, being drunk out of their minds, face planting, passing out. Not the vacation resort I was expecting from the RIU. Embarrassing to witness
