Booked four rooms for my office trip and was told at check out that there was a flimsy part broken in the shower days before. They claimed to have photo evidence from housekeeping and said that they went in and repaired the part immediately after noticing the issue. There was never any part of the shower or shower head that was damaged throughout our stay, and every shower in each room of the property looks exactly the same, so there is no way to prove damage, or disprove it when they try to falsely charge you later for it on the basis of "photo evidence". I was charged $200 for a $1 plastic part from China that was never damaged to begin with; had the part they claimed was damaged actually been broken, the shower head would have been hanging to the floor of the shower and would have been unusable, so I would have had to report it in order to take a shower. This is our second time staying at a Riu property in Cancun and there is always an issue. Last time we had four of our groups iPhones stolen from us at the pool and the staff did nothing.

We had a great time, the staff is very friendly and service proffesional. The beach and the pools were amazing, full of activity for all group ages daily. The food and the drinks are good too. We would definitely recommend the place to our friends.

This was my first time staying at Riu. It was honestly amazing. The property look very nice. The staffs were really nice and were very helpful. I would recommend them.

I really enjoyed the layout of this resort. The excursions they had was very accessible, but the food there was awful. Breakfast lunch and dinner was not good not seasoned whatsoever and made the trip less enjoyable.

Had a wonderful time at the Riu Caribe. The staff were excellent and assisted with any questions. The Riu Parties at night were definitely the highlight of the stay. I would go back again and stay longer.

This Riu Caribe is one of the best in Rius as it has the parties by itself and lots of other programs. The staff were so polite and helpful. The hotel and rooms are so clean and the varieties of food is amazing. My friends and I really enjoyed and had a great time there

It’s a beautiful resort, Great service, friendly and kind staff. Really enjoyed the time we spent there. Plenty of activities and entertainment. Lots of food options. Antonio, Nehemiahs and Fernanda were great .
