The resort maintained a high level of cleanliness, with staff members consistently being attentive and responsive. They showed genuine interest in my experience by asking for my suggestions. The entertainment staff effectively organized activities on schedule, encouraging participation without being overly assertive. Overall, the quality of the food was very good, though it would be beneficial to offer more variety within each meal at the buffet. However, I noticed that the room service food did not closely match the images presented in the app. I particularly enjoyed the pasta dinner there. The proximity to downtown was excellent. The beach was large and well-maintained, and I appreciated the daily volleyball games, which were enjoyable due to their prompt start times and reliability. One last suggestion: if all the rooms have shampoo, conditioner and body wash then state that on your website. It would save trying to squeeze these liquids in to luggage. Its great that the resort supplies them.

We had a wonderful time. Rooms and facilities were clean and the view was incredible. The food was ok. Wish they had better options at the buffet - highlight was Mexican Night - the food and drink were delicious and the entertainment was a lot of fun.

The food at this resort was terrible. Staff was racist towards African Americans I realized two black boys playing music by the adult pool area and everyone was having a great time and the bartender told another worker to tell him to turn it off but then everyone said they was enjoying it his excuse was no music allowed then a group of white men had their speaker playing and he said nothing to them it was weird. The food was disgusting and the liquor was horrible bottom shelf it was very nasty. I wouldn’t stay here again the views were nice but we paid for beach front. Half of our light switches didn’t work. Dont GO TO THE BUFFET IF THEY HAVE THE FISH AT THAT SOL RESTAURANT NEXT TO THE POOL GET THE FISH ONLY EDIBLE THING. This place doesn’t have bottle water that was a big thing for me BRING OR BUY WATER.

Hotel was beautiful, the Italian restaurant and hibachi were very good, the beach was nice you have to wake up early to reserve a beach lounger or a pool one, the bartenders and restaurants workers were very nice and worked hard, had a little trouble checking in but it was straightened out and our room was very nice and a nice view

There are no drink list for people to read so if you are not sure what tropical drinks are, your out of luck. Same food day in and day out Wifes earing and neckless was taken out of room but did not know until we got home.
