Nuestra experiencia en el Hotel Grand Park Royal Cancún fue excelente y superó nuestras expectativas. Queremos destacar especialmente el servicio de nuestra mayordomo Yajahira Nic, quien hizo que nuestra estadía fuera verdaderamente inolvidable para mi hija y para mí. Desde el inicio, Yajahira estuvo siempre pendiente de nosotras, recomendándonos actividades, lugares para visitar y coordinando cada detalle con el personal del hotel para que todo saliera perfecto. Su atención al detalle, profesionalismo y excelente servicio al cliente marcaron una gran diferencia durante nuestras vacaciones. Nos hospedamos en una Royal Tower Suit Ocean Front muy cómoda y moderna. Nuestra calificación para Yajahira es un 100/100 mil gracias por todo.

Excellent stay, excellent service. Everyone was extremely kind and welcoming. Any requests / issues were resolved at speed. Will definitely return. A few nitpicks: - Checkout is a bottleneck; long lines, it can take 30 min on line before you can checkout. This process needs to be improved. - The ban being allowed to carry food back to the room from all inclusive restaurants is not a good policy. It should be changed.

This resort was great! The last two years we stayed at resorts where the food lacked flavor and the cocktails were nothing but sugar. We never even felt a buzz, but this resort didn’t hold back on the alcohol — which was a plus for us. This resort offered great food options and tasted great! Flor de Sal and the breakfast place were our favorite. Go to Flor de Sal early for your evening dinner because sometimes there is a 40 minute wait. The staff was super friendly, the ocean was great (took a few extra steps to get there in comparison to other resorts). My only con about this place is that they don’t offer transportation to and from the airport… they told us we could get a taxi or an Uber. Let me tell you that the taxi will charge an arm and a leg, last time they charged us $80 just to get to our resort from the airport! It should NEVER cost that much. This time we ordered an Uber and it was only $20! So I’d recommend using an uber when you’re in Cancun. Other than this, it was a great stay for my boyfriend and I.

Grand Park was the best all-inclusive we have ever stayed at. We almost never booked because the pool seemed less entertaining than other spots, so glad we chose to give it a go! The daily entertainment is AMAZING! Our children kept saying it is the nicest hotel they have ever stayed at. It wasn’t more luxurious than some very high end hotels we have stayed at but it shows how much our kids loved it! Some of our faves: the beach (wide open and amazing); the breakfast omelette; the Mexican fiesta, the staff; the gelato parlor; the swim up bar
