We hit a bit of cold weather so review is tainted since we didnt spend all day at the beach. Food was great and rooms and resort very clean. There is not a spot near any of the bars with tables and chairs to hang out which would be a great addition if you arent sunning or swimming. Nightly entertainment meh. Butler service amazing. Thanks Jessica. Overall a nice place.

Excellent service and and beautiful ocean facing room. The Funtastic team hosted activities every hour during the day and a main event each night, which kept the atmosphere lively. Child minding for children over four was extremely helpful and made the trip much more relaxing. This was honestly the best vacation I have ever had. I cannot wait to go back.

Room was mostly in good condition but toilet wasn't cleaned when we arrived. Service was a bit on the slow side, but some staff members were fantastic. Both my boyfriend and I contracted severe food poisoning mid trip.

This family‑friendly resort offers a very good buffet, a nice selection of drinks at the bars, and excellent breakfast options available at two restaurants as well as the buffet. The beach is large and very nice. It would be great to see a wider variety of dishes added to the dinner menus at the Italian and Oriental restaurants, along with more frequent removal of sargassum from the beach.

Room was spotless, very nice staff, very responsive. Clean environment and grounds. Great food. Water is all very filtered and safe to drink. Would have gotten 5 stars, but the only thing I didn’t like was they wanted you to go to a “special breakfast” onsite where they talk about vacation rentals to get a $100 gift card to use on their one paid restaurant or spa, she was a little pushy but we just said no. We talked to others who went and they said it wasn’t bad and worth it for the $100 spa gift card.

The rooms were clean, even though property is old they have changed a few things and still renovating some amenities. Contrary to some reviews the AC worked fine and the showers were great. Only problem was going in January they do not regulate pool water temperature and it's usually cold and they have minimal level events and entertainment through the day not as big as some other resorts.

We had an overall pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit, always greeting us with a smile and willing to assist whenever needed. The food was decent and enjoyable certainly satisfying and well-prepared. It met our expectations and offered a good variety. However, one downside of our stay was that the TV in our room did not work, which was a bit disappointing when we wanted to relax in the evenings. We did inform staff, but unfortunately it wasn’t resolved during our stay. The bathroom is a bit small as well. Despite this issue, the welcoming service and comfortable atmosphere made our experience a positive one overall.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
This should not be classified as a luxury hotel. It was very basic. Buffet food awful. Never hot. Saw cockroach wandering amongst the food (see attached picture) Staff (with the exception of reservations/front desk) were friendly and helpful. Front desk rude and disrespectful I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Very overpriced for what you get Nightly entertainment was a joke

The staff at this resort were extremely attentive, hard working, and attentive. The resort grounds, though small, were very clean, and it’s situated in a good location relative to off resort activities. Really enjoyed my stay.
