This is a beautiful, clean resort. Staff is hard working and aim to please. Entertainment is fun and adults only. Food is better than at most all-inclusives. If you like wildlife, go elsewhere. The only wildlife we saw were birds flying overhead.

Sad to review this hotel. This is NOT a luxury hotel what so ever. The hotel is very old and outdated. The staff are not very friendly at checkin/out. Rooms were decent and clean but there was nothing luxury about them. The food selection was terrible. We were extremely disappointed with how bad the food was at the 'all-inclusive' resort. This was an adult only resort, nothing adult only about it. Things close at 7 and its pretty much a ghost town after that. Very boring hotel-limited things to do. Went to the spa a few times, the staff are decent but very over priced. They also con you into some 'valet' fee without disclosing what it is and at check out they hand it to you. To me, this is scam- especially since tips were paid in cash to the staff. I would not come back here to stay in the future.

I was nervous about this hotel due to some bad reviews, so I wanted to give my honest opinion. This a not a five star resort however, if you do your research you would know this. It’s five star service for sure! property is very clean, and very service oriented. We did not have a bad meal here, the Japanese was my favorite. I do want to give a shout out to everyone at this resort for making us feel like family, and a special shout out to Jordan, Guarneros, & Eleazar you all truly took care of our group all week. I will definitely be back. Thanks again for the hospitality.

We really enjoyed the hotel overall. The beach is nice. The swimming pool area is also pretty good. The only think that was slightly lacking was the food. The food was good for the first day but we then started realizing that it has a little too much butter and generally lacked a little bit of flavor. Still pretty good overall.

Very literally the only notes i have are the shower drain didnt drain very much so much so as a 5-10 min shower would overflow, and the the AC dripped something fierce. But literally everything else... everything that mattered... OUTSTANDING! GREAT JOB SANDOS
