The entire staff was amazing! They were so friendly and personalbly continously checking on me and my guests throughout the entire stay. They helped with reservations for dinner, keeping us updated on events and parties available, and so much more!!! I will definitely be going back as a member!!

***DO NOT STAY HERE*** This was my first time in mexico and i have to say big thumbs down, this place is extremely unsafe, my husband was told by a manager that myself and 2 friends left the hotel and went to a club down the street, my husband listened to her and left the compond only to be held up by gun point and robbed by the police. She knew exactly what she was doing. The hotel smells like sewerage. Beds are damp and the food is GARBAGE! there are people constantly selling you something on the beach, extremely annoying! The pool was Okay. Staff was very rude! Especially that one girl in the morning at the buffet door! EXTREMELY RUDE! Everything is mexico is 500 peso or more! The only good thing about this hotel was the last night where we went to dinner at SEASONS (IVAN) was our surver...he was amazing...even tought us how to speak spanish! I think he is amazing perrson and someone needs to scoop him from this horrible hotel! THIS IS NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL THIS IS A MOTEL! SO GARBAGE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DONT GO THERE!

Overall I think Sandos was a great experience! The beach is beautiful, the hotel itself is nice, and the food is great! Is it a huge resort? No, It’s very elegant and quiet compared to past hotel experiences. The staff are lovely and overall I enjoyed it! Where sandos lacks is the nightly entertainment- the entertainment at night was chill and very repetitive. However that being said, It is a smaller property so I wouldn’t expect any crazy entertainment. If you’re looking for a place to relax or even honeymoon I would 100% recommend. Overall I enjoyed my time at Sandos Cancun!

Property is nice, staff is nice but until you have a problem no one is around. My toilet was dripping, shower water was clogged up, and coffee maker was not working properly. They kind of tried but then ignored my request to fixed these things. I was not upgraded to another room either. Restaurant and the gym air conditioning do not work properly- too hot!
