The rooms were small but clean, well-designed, and the daily housekeeping was wonderful. They did an amazing job. Unfortunately, the elevator system was a nightmare. It was poorly managed, long waits (over 30 minutes at times), and zero staff support during busy times. We nearly missed a reservation because of it. Paid for late checkout, but keycard stopped working, causing more delays. Great room, but the overall experience was frustrating. Wouldn’t stay again unless elevator issues are fixed.

Great hotel, staff and location

Great stay for 4/5 nights. Staff great and happy to work the room allocation so that our family could be next door to each other. Kenneth on front desk especially helpful and friendly. Great location if you want to be close to the action without being right in the middle of it. Close to some great places to eat too! Would def recommend .

I needed a hotel in Manhattan for a couple of day and this was affordable and well located for both walking and the subway. I didn't use much of the facilities, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable which was important to me.
