I had a wonderful stay at Arlo Midtown during my trip to New York City. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless, comfortable. The location was perfect, close to major attractions, great restaurants, and easy transportation. I also really appreciated the small details, like how quickly the front desk helped with any requests. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting NYC.

This hotel is in a great location. The lobby is nice with places to hang out, and there’s a gym with a good amount of equipment and a separate stretching/TRX room. The rooms are quite small, I guess smaller than we expected even for NYC. We ended up needing to change rooms because the first one had the bed pushed up against the window which makes it louder for sleeping and makes it difficult to charge devices (there’s no nightstand on that side). Unfortunately, we didn’t sleep too well the four nights we were there due to the street noise (and we were on the 21st floor) and the AC unit was constantly blowing hard, even set at a slightly warmer temperature. Decent stay, but we likely won’t choose this hotel again.

Great location, really lovely hotel cafe with great coffee and a great bar. Didn’t eat in the restaurant but it looked very nice. Very relaxed hotel, staff efficient, check in fast. Pack a good pair of trainers as it’s quicker to walk everywhere then get a cab or car. Traffic is horrendous!

Arlo is close to Moynihan station and theaters, which is why I like it and often stay there. There are lots of good restaurants in the area. The location is pretty messy, being close to Port Authority, but it's a worthwhile trade-off for me.

The Arlo blasts club music in the lobby.... it's an Atrium design so you can hear it everywhere. I had to ask them to turn it down at 11:00 pm ... my room was on the 7th floor and I could hear it as if I was down in the lobby with them. They've got music blasting like they are in the club. ... NOT in the bar area, which might have been fine. This was the lobby. WHY??? ... very annoying.

This was our first time staying at an Arlo hotel and we really liked it. The midtown location is on the east side of Chelsea, walkable to restaurants, galleries, shopping. Staff was friendly and helpful and the restaurant had a very good brunch menu.
