This exactly what you would pay for. But it could’ve been better. The area is perfect for people that want to stay outside of the tourist zone and the hotel is perfectly safe for tourist. Those who want to still go back and do things in the tour zone. It was a 15 minute uber. The room itself is average and amenities as well. But all the reviews you were read about Daniel are all true. The man is a All-Star.

The staff is really bad, one of the girls upfront is extremely rude with long blonde hair, the way they talk to the clients is horrible. I witnessed four different people. And when they say, we will take care of it that they are not going to take care of it. I kept on hearing the same story from everyone, but the place has a nice space for a family or two people although it’s very basic. It’s worth the money. I don’t think I’m going back because of the front desk. The best part of the hotel was I think his name was Danielle the guy who meet you on the first floor he has been the shining star of the whole experience! You guys better give him a raise and don’t ever let him go otherwise there’s no reason to ever come back

the property hardware is really bad: for 4 days, we dont have a good shower, the shower is either supper hot or supper cold water. The water pressure is very low too! Never experienced a hotel like that. There are other problems too....

A really nice stay

Everyone there was super nice and very forgiving of my blatant attempts at Spanish. I really like the area it's in... not hotel row. Room was great (actuay a little chilly for me, but im always cold). The jacuzzi worked and worked well.
