O hotel é bom, bem localizado em Canela, muitas opções de lojas e restaurantes próximos. Localização é o melhor. O hotel é ok, estrutura boa. Nosso quarto tinha uma cama relativamente pequena, o quarto si era pequeno, o que pra nós não é um problema. A limpeza demorou demais a passar, passando no primeiro dia apenas ao final da tarde, quando já tinhamos retornado dos passeios, no segundo dia ainda mais tarde, sendo que ligamos o não perturbe, e nem tivemos limpeza. O café é apenas OK, seria bom se fosse um hotel de uma grande cidade focado em viajantes a trabalho. Não tem tantas opções, falta um pouco de qualidade no que é oferecido. Quando se vai a Gramado/Canela eu esperava mais de um Laghetto 3,5 estrelas. Vale muito pela localização, isso é o grande destaque. Mas

Fora do custo benefício

O estabelecimento apresenta uma grave deficiência em relação ao isolamento acústico e controle de ruídos. Todos os quartos possuem paredes de gesso acartonado, o que permite a propagação excessiva de sons externos e internos, como barulhos constantes de motores do hotel, movimentação de hóspedes e notificações sonoras do elevador ao chegar ao andar. Além disso, entre 9h e 10h, o uso do elevador torna-se praticamente inviável devido ao alto fluxo de pessoas. Apesar de ter solicitado, no check-in, um quarto em localização mais silenciosa, houve um downgrade na categoria do apartamento (para um menor e sem sala), sem justificativa prévia. Trata-se de um empreendimento de segunda linha da rede Laghetto, cujos únicos pontos positivos são a localização privilegiada e a qualidade do café da manhã. O estacionamento, cobrado à parte, possui uma tarifa elevada: R$ 30 por diária, valor considerado excessivo para o serviço oferecido. Sugiro reservar este hotel apenas caso não haja alternativas melhores na região, uma vez que os ruídos e a falta de conforto acústico comprometem significativamente a experiência.
