The 6th time I have stayed here but will never stay here again Staff lied to us and told us they upgraded our room. The room was bigger but only 50m from fireworks and only 20m from the insane traffic noise on Melasti. If you get a free upgrade to tower 1, they are lying. They are moving you here because they are the worst rooms in the hotel. They seem to target Aussie travellers. After 3 nights of no sleep, at 1am I got up and asked to be moved. They apologised and gave us another room with a late checkout, but on our last day, our keys no longer worked and we were locked out of our room My advice is if you like the area, stay at the Stones, the Mercure or Kuta Seaview on the same street

Junior Family Suite was perfect for 2 adults and 2 children with two bathrooms and the large balcony over the garden area. Room was quiet Location of Hotel was perfect for the afternoon beach hangs to watch the sunset and a few minutes walk to the hustle and bustle. Room was clean and had all amenities. Buffett Breakfast was a big hit especially the waffle/pancacke station. Roof top pool was beautiful

On check in there were multiple issues for the 6 of us staying , yes there was an event on however the gentleman checking us in was very vague and unhelpful the whole process took close to 2 hours which after travelling is not ideal They charged my credit card twice and this was left on pending for a week despite the rooms being pre paid One friend had to move rooms due to security issues with her door this took a whole day Despite this being a group booking we were spread across the hotel Another manger resolved these issues, however overall the property is tired and needs a refresh Drinks are expensive in comparison to other hotels Spa was lovely Views are limited , the staff on the rooftop pool seem to be in rush to get you to leave after sunset and service at times was slow Food was ok , standard expected at a hotel Overall not a 5 star hotel or experience But the rooms were generally clean and the beds comfortable, great location for accessing Kuta , Legian and Seminyak beach areas for bars ect For a few days if you are out and about in Bali this is a great place to stay but if you are after a 5 star resort experience this is not it

This was our second time staying at the Pullman and I hope not the last. Our room was huge and gorgeous, with a lovely view over the garden. The rooftop swimming pool is stunning and well serviced by a bar and dining. The buffet breakfast is plentiful. We love the area for the great vibe whilst being secluded from the party zones if you’re not keen on that side of Kuta/Legian. We took a morning walk along the beach each morning and had loads of dining options within a short walk.

We arrived to find our balcony room overlooking the ocean was not available and we were being down graded to a different room. After much persistance we were finally given the correct room that we had booked and paid for. We were very disappointed in the hotel very plain and small pool areas with limited seating. We wouldnt come back to this hotel .

My first time staying at the Pullman and at a more elite hotel. I was disappointed and feel like Ive had better service at $50 a night hotels. Whilst the grounds were nice and staff friendly, the hotel room was basic, and lacked sufficient room for my case and clothing. My room was not cleaned properly, basic amenities such as bathmats and facewashers not replaced and floors not swept. Bath salts I used on the first night were not replaced. I reused my towels and did not expect my linen to be changed during my stay so there was no excuse not to clean the room to an acceptable standard. The garden view room was in fact looking directly into the mens toilet whilst they used the urinal due to poor privacy shielding. The benefits they offer in fact require a deposit eg they offer a pillow menu but expect a $50 deposit to use. Benefits-close to beach and decent restaurants.
