Each staff member was highly courteous and friendly. We loved the cleanliness of our room. A huge plus for us is the complimentary shuttle service. It is so wonderful to be dropped off and picked up after a concert or a play in Downtown Sioux Falls

Great place, comfortable and pleasant. My only complaint is that breakfast only went until 9 a.m. Thinking it was 9:30, we cam down right at nine only to be told it was over--but they kindly allowed us to help ourselves to whatever was left (which was pretty much everything except the hot options).
