My keycard didn’t work for the laundry room so another guests did and he opened up the door so I could get ice. Could hear the room above me on the 4th floor cleaning staff vacuum cleaner pretty early in the morning.

My confirmation did not go thru, so i had to rebook at the hotel, extra credit card charges. The hot tub was out-of-order but the pool was open eventually. There was a Perkins restaurant next door that saved the day. About to turn around and go back home.

What—no tub?

Love all Wyndham chain hotels. Very luxurious, love the fitness center. Wish they were more clear on whether there is a tub/shower combo or just a shower. I hate showers. I did survive and loved everything else—beautiful room and really comfy bed and pillows.

Air conditioner > when turning off the air conditioner would squeal and make load noise ......... Room location > quests in room above us were loud (children) jumping on floor, so unable to sleep ........ Room location > after going to sleep an individual attempted to get in our room. I answered door and it was an older gentleman who thought I was his wife and confused. (wrong room) ....... Complimentary waters > during our previous stay (4 days earlier) there was complimentary water or drinks - nothing today ...... Just a disappointing stay this time ..........

It is not as nice as I expected. Irst room had a 1/2 inch gap on the door so people could see it the room. Staff did move me to another room. Seems like it is not up to the original expectations. ! I would stay in a better ran motel in the future . The room was clean but was very worn .
