The ground level side door did not work which was very inconvenient. There were a few things missing from the room. In my opinion. I could use a magnifying mirror and they could have better coffee at the breakfast bar. It was not very good. The food was good, just not the coffee

I made a mistake with my reservation and was stressed checking in. Josh was so helpful and made everything perfect. He went out of his way to make sure we got what we needed and was the absolute best! So kind! Our room was beautiful roomy and clean. It had easy access to the backdoor for our dog too. We will be back when in this area again.
