I was given the an underground room without an elevator. So I had to lift my bags up and down the stairs and got back pain. Wouldn’t recommend.

The room had all the necessary things and was perfect for a little beach getaway. Especially appreciated the little kitchen nook & fireplace. The staff was super friendly and started the stay off right with check in. Our favorite little bonus was the warm cookies in the afternoon after walking along the beach.

Everything was pretty good from the ease of check in and staffs and cleanliness and nice room. However, the ceiling is so thin. We could hear everything from the room above and below. Unluckily our neighbors on the top were late to sleep and early to rise, they were waking around at all hours. The room and location was nice though. But we will not stay there again because of the structure of the building.

We have visited Cannon Beach for a few years and usually stay at a rental house vs a hotel, this was far superior, the beach access, the views and service will ensure we visit Surfsand resort as soon as possible! I guarantee you will love it!
