Serviced apartments in Upper East Side

The Desk Staff, Concierge, & Bell Staff were unbelievably nice from the moment I checked in. When calling previous to my checkin this was also the case. Both Michael & Robert (Bell/ Door staff) were very helpful with my many questions & issues & professional. I can honestly say I did not know what to expect, was worried, and after my 4 day stay - I highly recommend this hotel. The Staff & hotel itself were great. The location great - you are within 20 min walking of everything - shopping, restaurants, & about 20 blcks from sightseeing areas.

The quality of service, has deteriorated considerably especially in front desk. The restaurant service was never good in this hotel, starting from the two lady hosts in the morning, waiters who are far from caring, absolutely indifferent and unhappy people waiters ( one time they brought me another food, something I did not order ). On the other hand, they have an impeccable house keeping service. The hotel, rooms, location all are very very good.

Staff is friendly & helpful. Room is nice and cozy.

Great location near the subway and Central Park. Much more spacious in real life than what it seemed to be in the pictures. The host was professional and helpful.
