I ordered room service. The backyard burger was really good. I’ll definitely tell my friends about it. Unfortunately the customer service was lacking as I called later for a warmer blanket. The person picking up the call stated, ‘ugh you again, what is it you need?’ I apologized and asked for a warmer blanket. He asked, ‘is that all?’ With a sarcastic tone. The light weight blanket was delivered later. I turned the heat up as warm as it would go and took my king size sheets to triple them up as the room was colder than I expected. Check out was efficient and the valet was very nice.

Overall, a good stay. We arrived at 4pm (check-in was at 3pm) and our room was not ready. The front desk clerk told us we had to wait or PAY to upgrade to get a room immediately. We chose to wait and waited about 20 minutes in the lobby. Room was pretty spacious for 4 adults (we got a double queen) and very clean. Bathroom was nice as well. Would probably stay again, but maybe not during the holidays.

The property has gone downhill. The room was worn and dated with stains on the carpets and furniture. The tile was peeling and molding in the shower. Very disappointing as I love the location. The staff and housekeeping are very friendly and the restaurant is amazing with a wide variety of food.
