Overall pleasant stay , employees and cleanliness was very nice . Area surrounding resort was decent but not really walkable. Did not use pool as it was off season. Really appreciated the rides to and from airport. My only minor complaint was that they really did not offer the VIP perks from Expedia. I did ask but was told no room upgrades were available, which is fine however I would of at least mentioned the other perks which they did not, I did eventually ask about the $10 credit and they did honor it but were kind of unaware. But again that is a minor issue. Overall great stay will definitely be back.

We were there three nights and we’re given three towels, two wash cloths for our trip. There was only a half of a roll of toilet paper in the room on arrival. We had to call the front desk to get more toilet paper and towelsdelivered to the room. There are only two very small trash cans in the room, which is insufficient for a three day stay with no one empty in them.
