The staff was wonderful & the bed was very comfortable. The building is an old building so there was normal wear & tear but it was clean & they were obviously working on improving appearance. The air conditioning was amazing!

Our stay was a complete disappointment from start to finish. The nearly vacant hotel upon arrival was the first red flag. The room was unacceptable: a mildewed fabric shower curtain and a broken ventilation fan that barely ran, creating a damp, unhealthy environment. The advertised "inclusive breakfast" was a DIY waffle maker with expired cereal and instant coffee. Amenities were falsely advertised. The "Hot Tub" was lukewarm and its broken pump screamed for days before failing entirely. The gym was in utter disrepair with broken equipment. Despite low occupancy, staff placed the few incoming guests directly around us, compounding the frustration. This property exemplifies neglect, cutting every possible corner at the guest's expense. Avoid at all costs; your money and comfort are better spent anywhere else.

The carpet was torn. The room vent was not clean. The bathtub was very slippery. As soon as I opened my door to go to the elevator, there was a stench that was so terrible, I almost threw up. The trash cans are a safety issue and need to be removed. I rereported the smell issue to the front desk, and they immediately sent someone to spray the area. Very friendly staff.

And I often stay there on my way home from work and then traveling nurse there for I’m gone 10 days at a time and come back for 10 days at a time and I like to go there on the weekends and they always put me in with a balcony, which I love And they’re nice people so overall it’s a great day and there’s a pool laundry and a lot of stuff to eat around even a movie theater right across the street

I booked a double queen bed room and was given 1 king bed room. When I showed the lady she kept saying that's what we do but I will go ahead and give you a free upgrade to queen bed and then wanted to charge me $20 for my friend who came in with us that was only there for maybe 2 hrs max.

Alright place for the money.

It was alright. There was a dirty pair of socks under the chair from the last person that stayed in the room. Cigarette burn holes in the comforter and a yellow stain. At check out, I brought the burn holes to the front desk attention and she stated that she new about the burn holes when she make the bed previously. Someone a few doors down had a dog and when they would leave - dog would bark continuously. Hot tub was not very hot at all.
