Parking was good food lovely and staff friendly. Room a bit dated and small

We enjoyed the hotel, room and view. We have stayed several times and always a joy. Breakfast is tasty and fresh.8

Great place to stay. We had suite 8 with nice views over the bay. Large bedroom area and separate living area with dining table and basic kitchen. Great location at the top of the hill giving pleasant walk down to either Carbis Bay or the other beaches and town of St Ives. Been built to a high standard. If you are less mobile, the hilltop location and 10 minute walk to St Ives may not be ideal but the place is a lovely.

Bit of a mix up with the bill when checking out but sorted quickly by the night manager. Restaurant service was slow especially if busy, staff were great . Spa was good. Would definitely stay again

I recently celebrated my 70th birthday at this stunning property, and our entire group fell in love with the house—particularly the breathtaking views, which are even more impressive in person. The accommodation itself is beautifully presented, with high-quality furnishings throughout, and the hot tub was a fantastic addition that we all thoroughly enjoyed.The location is excellent—just a short walk down to the beach (although a bit of a climb back up, which we didn’t mind!), and conveniently close to a local supermarket. We also took the train into St Ives one day, which was incredibly easy—it only took a few minutes and cost very little.One of the highlights for me personally was lying in bed and looking up at the stars through the roof light positioned directly above—it was a lovely touch and made the stay feel even more special.Overall, a fantastic property in a brilliant location. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend it.
