Very comfy room, but if you struggle with steps try to ask for the lowest room possible, as what happened when I finally got to the reception desk from the long staircase. The lady on reception could see I struggled and offered me room 100, but there's still more stairs to tackle, no lift Great location in the City centre, which is very handy.

Alison was a very friendly and welcoming host. She made us feel comfortable, very knowledgeable if good restaurants. Breakfast was superb, waitress was excellent and friendly. Rooms were comfortable as were only there for 2 nights. Needs updating on decor as a little dated however we wernt there to look at the decor. Will definitely be booking again in the summer of 2026.

Lovely lady checked us in , very knowledgeable telling us about Christmas markets and places to visit. Room clean , tea coffee all amenities, comfortable accommodation. We were at front of hotel little noisy with all partying.
