El hotel en general está bueno tiene muchos restaurantes amplias facilidades y mucho que hacer, lo unico que tienen que arreglar es la limpieza de las piscinas que estaban graves muy sucias y la limpieza en el buffet estaba demasiado sucio el piso. Por lo demas es un hotel seguro con un staff muy amable y servicial. Deben darle cariñito a los cuartos auqnue lindos amolios y cómodos estan un poco descuidados. Pero la pasamos super!!!

Es un hotel excelente. Con muchas pisinas. Muy buena comida con muchos restaurantes, incluyendo un buffet. Tiene vistas hermosas y un mirador en el faro para comtemplar el entorno y horizonte. El petsonal del hotel es muy coordial y son muy atentos.

Ocean El Faro is a great place for a family vacation, the staff is very attentive to their guest. I really like the variety of things to do for the family on the resort. Ocean EL Faro have an incredible amount of water events for all age to enjoy. Whatever you are into Ocean EL Faro have something to accommodate your interest.

Excelente! El bar principal los mejores Luis, Alejandro y las muchachas todos súper amables. En general todo muy bueno. La animación en el área de la piscina súper buena y los chicos en los bares bien amables todos. El río pasivo una maravilla. Solo una queja el aire de la habitación 2315 se calienta ya que tumba cada rato y al ser tan grande hasta calor da en las noches. Las comidas son iguales todo el tiempo mayormente en los desayunos, pero buena.

The resort is so-so in my opinion. It's not great nor does it shine. Check in was quick; however, my request for a double room was not met. I understand the availability of room types are on a first come basis, but how did a few more guess receive these double rooms when they checked in after I checked in? We managed to make it work but just didn't understand that process. My only other complaints are house keeping and explanations of the facilities. House keeping would literally knock once, didn't wait for acknowledgement, and proceed to enter. It made for a couple of awkward situations. The service times were all inconsistent. Once they entered at 9 am and another at 7 pm. The guys that replenished the drinks did it once as well by simply entering. Finally there were no explanations of the resort or what was available. They only seemed to want to assist if you upgraded. Other than that the resort was okay. The people at the buffet were great. They were very friendly and always smiling. Food choices were satisfactory. I could not recommend nor do I think people should avoid. My opinion is that I probably would not return or choose this family of property for future stays.

Loved this resort! The reason I didn’t give five stars was because of the food. It wasn’t the best and the options were pretty limited. Considering that the food was still okay and the drinks were GREAT! The property was beautiful and huge. They had a lot of stuff for everyone. Really enjoyed the sports bar and the disco club. The lobby was stunning. The staff was great… we lost a phone on the trip and they were so awesome helping us get it back! The guest service specialist could have been better with helping with the reservation system but it was not the end of the world. Overall this was an amzinggggg trip and an amazing resort. 100% would go back.

The hotel and its staff were excellent and very friendly. One observation: the poolside food area, in addition to burgers, should offer more options such as pizza or snacks. Also, in the evenings, there should be more options for children—not just on one day.
