El Hotel esta excelente por validad precio, habitaciones esta bien confortables y el staff la mayoria son bien amables y serviciales. El wifi funciona en el 99 % de los itios del hotel y muy bien. La comida en los restaurantes es buena. Rica y productos con bastante calidad y bien elaborados. De las ultimas visitas a punta cana sin dudas el mejor.

One night we were without power in our room from 3:30am to 11:30am. We called for service a couple of times since 8:00am. They fixed the problem in less than a minute, but we have to wait a few hours to get somebody to fix it. Bags transportation at check-out didn't work. Scheduled the pickup of our bags from the previous day of departure for 10:00am. We walked to the front desk at 10:30am with our bags. No one pick up the bags as scehduled.

If I could give zero stars, I would. From the moment we arrived, it was a disaster. Check-in was absolutely terrible. The front desk staff, especially a guy named Peter, was beyond rude acting like we were bothering him just by showing up. Cocky, dismissive, and clearly annoyed to be doing his job. We were told to come back in 20 minutes for our room, so we gave it over 30. When we returned, Peter finally handed us our key and sent us on a 10-minute walk to the room only to find that it was still being cleaned. Bags and trash everywhere. We turned around and made the long walk back to the lobby, only for Peter to question us like we were lying. He literally asked if we took a picture of the dirty room. Completely unacceptable. Eventually, we were assigned a room just two doors down from the original, and that one also felt like it had been thrown together last-minute. I had requested a crib when I booked and never received one. We had a baby with us and no crib no explanation, no follow-up, nothing. The room itself was musty, damp, and never actually got cool, even with the AC running nonstop. On top of that, the power went out four times, so we were left without AC in the Caribbean heat. There was a blackout right in the middle of dinner, and the WiFi dropped multiple times throughout the day. Service at the bars was no better we were either ignored completely or told they were out of whatever we asked for. Not just once this happened at multiple bars. It felt like basic cus

Ocean El Faro has been amazing - it was just us 2 girls travelling and we felt safe. We loved the El Beso pools & all ages lazy river with the bars. Our friends and I encountered a few unwelcoming and inattentive staff so it was nice when we had experienced staff who really cared about us. Tips are appreciated and we do our best to give that as long there is bare minimum respect. The bars sometimes take long but the Pina Coladas have been by far the best we’ve tasted. The restaurants are amazing, they have many diverse options, even the buffets. We did excursions and that was a blast, I highly recommend waiting to book with a representative rather than online because it’s cheaper and it’s always weather dependent - it sometimes rains for 30 mins to an hour but most of the time it’s sunny & still hot even when weather app may say raining. Prior to booking, there were many negative reviews about cold in their room but our room was almost perfect, minor flaws but nothing crazy. When getting your room, the top floor facing pools is your best bet because sometimes there are flying insects that cling onto doors (like a lot of them) that face more on the outskirts. We met other amazing people visiting the resort, be sure to always say hi and you’ll meet unforgettable people that you’d never expect. Pro tip for fear of tummy aches: Do not drink water that isn’t bottled and highly recommend using bottled water when brushing and rinsing mouth! Overall, amazing time.

I absolutely loved everything about our stay at ocean el farro. Everyone was so nice and attentive. The food was amazing! I loved that the hotel offered a variety of different foods Italian, Dominican, Sakura, Mexican, American, everythiny was delightful. I especially loved their coco locos shot out to Mr. Luis at the lobby for his exceptionally delicious coco loco and service. Reinaldo booked our 3 restaurants in a timely manner no hassle very professional and quick to respond. The excursions were phenomenal loved the pirate ship especially if you have children a must go amazing experience! Overall 10/10 for a fabulous, fantastic trip memories were definitely made! Also thanks to alexander who booked our excursions for our family!

We had an amazing family vacation at Ocean El Faro. Lots of kid friendly amenities (waterpark, lazy river and pools). Reinaldo Sanchez was our guest experience specialist during our stay and he helped us get reservations for our entire party of 10 at all the restaurants which was extremely helpful! The food at the restaurants was very delicious!

Really great stay at Ocean El Faro! The place is huge with so many facilities, room was amazing with rooftop spa. Added bonus of having Jose our butler to help with anything. He was so attentive and booked all our restaurant reservations, kept in touch a couple of times a day which was a nice touch. Food was great, the buffet was exceptional, close second was the Italian. Would recommend this hotel as plenty for both adults and children.

We had an amazing stay at Ocean El Faro! The resort is beautiful, clean, and has everything you could possibly need for a perfect vacation. The food options were great, and the pools and beach area were always well maintained. A special thanks to Kevin Paulino, our host, who went above and beyond to make sure our experience was exceptional. He was always attentive, professional, and truly made us feel at home. Kevin’s outstanding service is one of the main reasons our trip was so enjoyable—we couldn’t have asked for better hospitality. Highly recommend Ocean El Faro and especially Kevin for anyone looking to have a worry-free, unforgettable stay!

My family and I went to Ocean El Faro. Our vacation was spectacular. In large part to one man Jose Jimenez. I never knew a vacation could go so smooth. Dinner reservations water in the fridge he made sure we had no worries. Our day always started with seeing Jose while walking to breakfast with a good morning is there anything you guys need to make your day great. In a week he knew all about our family and we learned a lot about his. When we plan our next trip to Ocean El Faro in January we'll make sure Jose is still be there..

Ths entertainment is very good here. Food options are limited. The main buffet is very unorganized staff seems to be all over the place and has no particular station. An order for drinks or tea forget about it. Transportation is limited, caddies are mostly for Privilege guests it seems. Beach i understand was an act of nature. Beautiful property and the frounds were clean. Some buildings beeds to be repainted. The rooms appearance leaves much to be desired. Maintenance needs to do some serious work .
